I haven't had a chance to use my new generator a lot yet. However, the little that I have used it, it is very quiet and has the power to run the lights and tools that I. Need. I love all of the extra features that it has to offer for competitor brands. I would recommend to others.

We were looking for a portable unit for deer camp and ice fishing. After researching other portable generators, went with the IQ2000, believing this will meet our needs. It's nice to see the remaining fuel level and like the different mode options. Nice unit!

I spent 3 months researching generators for my RV. I chose the Generac IQ3500 after carefully comparing all brands. This is the RIGHT CHOICE!! Outstanding generator. Very well constructed and solid. SUPER, SUPER QUIET. Easily runs my entire RV with AC. Easy to operate. The IQ3500 is defiantly the "top of the line". I highly recommend this generator.

I purchased this on 10/05/2019. I bought this to run a couple of rental houses when the power goes out, instead of hauling my big one around. I have no problems getting it started but after 15 minutes of running, it stops on its own. I'm just running it without being connected to anything. I'm not sure how this is going to work when the power goes out and I need to get electricity to power on. Time will tell. The book says check oil but oil was new and just added. I can't really say if I can recommend this at this time.

I really want my review to be 5 star. I bought the shelf model during a snow storm last April; last one in any store around. I brought it home and went back to work for a few more hours. I got home, poured the oil in, and the power turned back on. A week or so later, I thought I should try it out. I poured in fresh gas and pulled the cord. And pulled and pulled. About the 40th pull it took off. I experimented with it and killed it half dozen times and restarted it over a 1/2 hours time. Seemed OK. It has sat now for several months and I thought I should start it again. I poured in fresh gas and pulled till my arms felt like they were going to fall off. No start. I just registered and hope to follow through w/ a warranty claim. But at this very moment, it's a $575 paper weight.

From the moment it arrived, I was impressed. The generator feels incredibly well-built — solid, durable, and thoughtfully designed. The dual fuel capability was one of the first features that caught my attention; being able to choose between gasoline and propane adds so much flexibility and peace of mind, especially during emergencies when fuel availability can be unpredictable. Setting it up was straightforward. The instructions were clear, and the controls are easy to understand, even for someone who isn’t super experienced with generators. I also love that it comes with a mobility kit, making it much easier to move into place if and when we need it. While we haven’t had the chance to run it yet, just knowing we have a reliable, high-powered backup ready to go is a huge comfort. I truly appreciate that Influenster gave us the opportunity to be ready for whatever comes our way. Can’t wait to update this review once we officially put the Generac to work — but for now, it’s getting five stars just for the quality, design, and peace of mind it brings.

Bought this unit for camping so I can charge the trolling motor batteries in my boat. This generator is much quieter than expected and is extremely efficient. It starts with half a pull of the start cord and is basically vibration free. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone who needs a generator that can he carried by one person.

Even though, it is about 111lb, but the generator come with wheel which it make it easier to carry around. This is a dual fuel, it can run in both either propane or gasoline. Easy to use with electric start, just push the button. It is easy to maintenance and its quieter than the other brand. I would like to recommend it.

Purchased in early spring for summer camping. Did not use until December and first time running started right up. Let it warm up and would not run with choke off. Ran under load for approximately 8 hours and had no other issues. The problem is that it would have to be almost full choke to run. Took it in for repairs and was told the carburetor needed to be replaced. Contacted manufacturer after service center stated is was not covered under warranty and the manufacturer said same thing. I am replacing the carburetor and hope there will be no further issues. Love the product, not happy with support.
