Purchased through Amazon, arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition. Unpacked, added oil and ethanol-free gas, it started on the 2nd pull. Very satisfied with how quiet it is, will be using it with a small travel trailer. Let it run for 20 minutes with a light load, then shut down. A few hours later it started first pull and I connected to the trailer and started the A/C. The generator was only about 2 feet from the trailer and I couldn't hear it inside with the A/C running. Let it run for 30 minutes, then shut it down. So far, so good. Had to buy the adapter plug, no big deal.

Bought this last year and was disappointed it wouldn’t run a small ac. It will start up and run for a few seconds but then goes into limp mode. Won’t run a toaster or microwave without going into limp mode. My old Honda 2500 ran it fine. It hardly idles with no load. Tried to return but couldn’t. Told to call generac which I did several times with just the runaround. I basically use it to charge the trailer battery. Haven’t found anyone who can make it work as advertised

I bought this generator as a backup for the home's Refrigerator and Freezer in the event of power outage. It has plenty of cranking amps and wattage to power those and several other small appliances. It is relatively light weight and the hand hold handle makes it easy when moving it around. I may even use it for some outdoor construction projects. I cranked it after I recieved it and it is really quiet... I like that - shouldn't offend the neighbors. Easy pull start and a great sleek look. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a generator in this class!

I have lost so much food as a result, so this generator will be a game changer. At over 115 pounds, it is heavy, but the compact size and wheels make transport easier. With four different power outlets, it means I can plug in appliances, cell phones and lights during an outage. Running on two types of fuel (gas and propane) gives me flexibility for usage. I like the LED display to see the output and gas consumption. Generac is a brand I can trust because they have a great reputation.

Living in an area prone to power outages and wildfires, earthquake threats etc, and caring for animals requiring me to access to power at all times, it is really practical for me to have this on hand! It delivers exactly what I need, performs how I want without excessive noise, and doesn't waste fuel, which is a bonus!

I just purchased my GP 3000i unit and it is great! I added the supplied oil, filled with 91 (no ethanol), turned the selector switch to Run, and honestly, the first pull started this little beauty. I ran it for 7 hours powering my fifth wheel (50-amp plug converted) and it ran flawlessly. When you turn the selector switch to OFF, it takes a minute or two to run the gas out of the line to shut it down, so don't panic, the switch does indeed work to shut it off. Thank you, Generac.

Despite it saying it will power a single rv ac, NOPE‼️ At least not here in Moab Utah. Keeps throwing a engine code on the control panels. Unit stays running but doesn't generate any power. And it doesn't throw the units breakers. My 30yr old Makita 3500 watt powered it just fine, but, it was much louder and thought the quieter unit would do the trick...WRONG‼️

had a direct comparison with the honda product. few things noticed. was very quite at idle but when loaded up became louder than the honda. also noticed that it vibrated more at 75% load than the honda which may be the reason with the noise. overall for the price quoted it does seem to stack up well to the honda

We live in a 1950’s suburb in Sacramento, CA - the City of Trees. We love our trees. But windy winter storms, trees and power lines don’t always work together. After annual power loss for up to 3 days each winter, we bought this inverter generator this winter - a day before the storm. Long story short this unit fired up with ease and powered our fridge, heat fan unit (gas powered furnace), several lamps and even our wifi. The generator ran for 30 hours straight and was an after thought until the power was restored. We’re huge fans now and wish we’d bought this years ago.

Have this on our bowfishing boat pulling 12 100 watt leds. It's super quiet and very reliable. Only flaw I have found is the pull cord has a deep fray in it after one night. Will be going through warranty to get it replaced. Great product and easy maintenance!
