I was wanting to get away from box spring/matress sets, but didn't want to lose the coils that a box spring provides. MUCH research along with sticker shock on many Hybrids, Sam's Club showed up on my app suggestion. Researched GHOSTBED and went for it. GHOSTBED website said to give matress 24 hours before using, others said 72 hours for the matress to reach its pre-vacuumed sealed form. Fortunately I was able to give it a week before using. It has been slept in for a week and it is PERFECT!! No midnight hip aches and paind, or body overheating has occured. I am extremely happy with this blind purchase. Would recommend if you're not wanting a soft, sqishy bed nor a hard as a board bed. It's just right for 2 adults: 140lb and 190lb

I am happy with this purchase. The mattress was easy to unpack and it regained its proper shape very quickly. My hip and back are loving it! When I first lie down on it, it feels quite firm but in a few seconds it is perfect. It doesn’t jiggle when my husband gets up like our standard mattress did.

I was looking for a bed that would relieve pressure points and allow me to wake up without "pain from sleeping'. I'm 50+ and 145 lbs. So far, so good! I've been sleeping on this for two weeks and can tell a big difference. My husband (175 lbs.) and I had a Serta Perfect Sleeper - Euro Top before this. After a year, it formed two indentations that wouldn't go away. It has now been taken away by the trash collectors. Buh bye. If you're looking for a hybrid that performs like a Temper-Pedic but at a fraction of the cost - go for it! You won't regret it. If you are disturbed by the name "Ghost", just think of it as the "Holy Ghost".

Purchasing the mattress through Sam’s club was easy. We ordered online, with our Plus membership there was no delivery charge and the mattress box was left at the door. We purchased the ten inch size, which is perfect for me. Unboxing was easy, the mattress inflated very quickly and we slept on it the first night. I’ve purchased many mattresses over the years and, in my opinion, the Ghost bed mattress is number one. Gives support where you need it without feeling like you are in a hole of sand. The mattress is cool and comfortable. I absolutely will recommend this mattress to anyone with arthritis or fibromyalgia for a comfortable sleeping experience.

The mattress is comfortable for my husband and I. It is fairly soft and we like it much better than out last more firm, mattress. But I specifically purchased this hybrid for the edge coils that were supposed to offer more support at the edge and I just don’t feel any support at the edge.

There’s nothing wrong but it feels just like every other mattress of this style. I don’t feel that its any cooler or helps me sleep better. Don’t expect a better night sleep unless your previous mattress was totally worn out and needed replacement. Not sure how long it’ll last either, seems the dip is already forming. What helped more was the oblong neck pillow I bought after the mattress. Its small and i almost sent it back but gave it a try. Not sure how but it helped me get to sleep and more importantly stay asleep. Who knew?!

This bed is really soft. I’m 150lbs and sleeping solo but my back has been hurting since I got the bed. It’s also really hot so I am rolling around a lot in the night trying to find cool spots. I do regret buying this bed, but it might work for some.

I bought this mattress and tried it out for a little over a month even though the description and reviews are inaccurate. I decided to purchase this mattress based upon the many reviews linked to the product's page that are for the Ghostbed Flex mattress. The mattress that you receive is actually called the Ghostbed Elite Hybrid , which is a plush mattress...not a medium mattress as the description states. Furthermore, the warranty that came in the box is for 20 years...not 25 years that is misrepresented in the description. The mattress did not provide sufficient support due to its softness, and I woke up several nights feeling that my hips were in a hole. The description also boasts about firm edge support, which it falls short in my opinion. Don't expect to sit on the edge of the bed comfortably without sinking half the depth of the mattress. The return process was hassle-free with Sam's Club and a refund was promptly provided.

One side bowed out after only 3 months. We tried to return it, but customer service gave us such a hard time. The hoops you have to jump through is crazy. Don't buy this bed.

After reading such positive reviews, I bought this mattress in December. By January the sides are bulging out. I feel like I am rolling into the middle of the bed and wake up with a back ache. Definitely NOT worth the price paid. Will not purchase from this brand again.
