We had owned a Tempur Pedic for about 15 years before buying this one. Our primary reason for doing the upgrade was to get the split king. My wife suffered tremendously from COVID. The ICU medical team said she would not survive when they removed the ventilator. But the LORD had a different plan and she is with us today. But she can no longer sleep in a flat position. So we needed a bed that would allow her to elevate her chest and head. We tried a less expensive mattress but sent it back after about three months. We bought the Tempur Pedic and now every night is great again.

I really hate to give a poor review but I just cannot get a good night's sleep on this mattress. I wake with aches and pains every morning and some mornings with a headache. I do not feel rested because I toss and turn throughout the night. I made the mistake of purchasing the mattress from somewhere other than Tempur-Pedic and cannot get them to honor the exchange/refund process that Tempur-Pedic provides. Highly recommend that Tempur-Pedic sell their own mattress in order to allow customers to utilize the exchange/refund which keeps customers happy even if they are not happy with the mattress.

I've had my new mattress for a month now and haven't had back pain once! This mattress is truly like sleeping on a cloud. If you're on the fence about purchasing go for it, you won't be disappointed!

When combined with two Ergo Smart bases or Split ProAdapt mattresses (one Medium and the other Hybrid Medium) have virtually eliminated my hip pain and my wife's shoulder pain. The split between the mattresses has not been a problem as we sleep apart most of the night. The 2 Ergo Smart bases with Sleeptracker-AI provide additional benefits including automatic snoring head adjustment upwards which has reduced snoring but not eliminiated it as we have experienced. We would recommend this combination of mattresses and bases to others as we have already. A two happy customers.

Sleep mode is incredibly comfortable, especially combined with the tempurpedic pillow. This is a bed we use as a relaxation escape from everyday stress. It is truly wonderful. Highly recommend. We purchased the King split ProAdapt soft mattresses, and we are extremely pleased! They are a great combination of support, without being overly stiff or firm and cozy soft, without sagging under you. This truly is the most cozy bed ever. We both sleep more soundly and wake up without the aches and pain we had with our previous mattress. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

We love this mattress. We've slept on it for several months now and love it more and more every day. We did try the medium firmness mattress and did not like it at all, but the soft is perfect for us. We've owned Sleep Number beds, exclusively for 20+ years, but decided to try something different and are so glad we did. Would highly recommend this mattress to everyone. I have back/disc problems and sleep apnea. I love my new proadapt medium hybrid mattress with adjustable base! With other mattresses I never could sleep all night without waking. With my new one I can sleep through the night without waking and I feel more rested in the morning. Super comfortable, quality mattress, and it's more affordable than I thought.

This is my second Tempurpedic mattress. The first was the old DeluxeBed model, a medium firm mattress that was about a 6.0 on the firmness scale. It took a while to soften up and the unused side was still as hard as a rock after 12 years but it was great for alleviating lower back pain. My arthritis in the hip has worsened with time and age so I selected the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid with a 4.5 rating as a replacement mattress for more pressure relief. I was told it is their most popular model, especially among women, and the three year old floor model was not overly soft. My new mattress took no time to break in but after three weeks of use, it seems a little mushy. I weigh about 200 pounds and am a side sleeper. I will try it for a couple more months but am concerned that the Medium Hybrid might be too soft for me.

At the store, I realized that a slightly less firm one actually feels better on joints. The bed is super comfortable, and I find that I change position much less during the night (usually 2-3 times only). That makes for a more restful night and I wake up more alert and ready to go. At first, the 'squishiness' of the mattress when I sat on it made me wonder if it would be comfy, but it is the most comfortable one I've ever had.
