So we are still in the "break-in" stage as we've only slept on it for about 3 weeks. So far though, it is the best mattress we have owned. The mattress is firm enough where you don't sink in but just enough to feel cradled. I have been sleeping a lot more than usual and now I don't fight for the living room TV. I rather be in my bed!

I credit this to the lack of transfer of motion and the temperature control of this mattress. I never feel my husband getting in our out of the bed and neither of us sleep hot anymore. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my pro-adapt one month ago and since sleeping on it every night, my back hip and neck pain has almost disappeared. I feel like this mattress is a bit too soft for my taste but at the same time, I was told stomach sleepers need a softer mattress to support them more. So I may have to give up my firm preference to keep sleeping pain-free! Also I do love the zero gravity mode on the base I purchased to go along with the bed. The massage feature just feels like the bed is vibrating and I honestly don't think it was worth the extra money. I wish I had tried the base in store - I would have done without the extra massage feature.

I look forward to my bed now and it's been worth every penny to have a good quality mattress and pillows after suffering on an oversized sponge of sorts for the past few years. I no longer worry about sliding into a chasm when my husband is next to me, or turning over in sections, edging to the firm part on the edge. My body is now in better alignment and I get much more restful sleep.

I have degenerative disk disease in my entire spine and deal with constant pain. Back spasms are also an ongoing challenge I deal with. Before purchasing this mattress, I ended up having to sleep on our couch for two months. Now I am able to have quality sleep for the entire night. My back pain has gone from level 8 to level 3-4. It has given me much quality of life improvement.

Yepper, I love the firmness of this mattress. However, my wife doesn't. We both think it is way too heavy. Making up the bed requires both of us to lift the mattress--our combined age is greater than 150. We've only been sleeping on it for a month now, way too early to say I would or would not recommend this mattress, even though such a determination is required by this review website.

Plus One Star for the substantial quality of the mattress. Plus One Star for the look of the mattress. Plus One Star for the easy set up. Minus One Star for comfort. Mattress feels like a rock so I probably made a mistake in buying a firm mattress. The ones in the stores that so tried probably were broken into when I tried them, so probably wasn't experiencing the true feel of the mattress. With this new mattress for almost 2 months, couple of times had a back ache and couple times my legs cramped up. Not sure if due to the mattress or not. Minus One star for the adjustable feature as the mattress does not fully conform to the shape of the Ease and doesn't feel very comfortable in the upright position. Wasn't expecting this for one of the most expensive mattresses I have purchased.

This mattress is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. I'm 6'3" at 215 lbs this mattress holds it's shape and keeps me sleeping all night long. The order process was a little confusing. I was searching to set up a delivery date, but couldn't find one. I wish the website told that you will be emailed in a few days during the purchase process to set up a delivery date. This message isn't sent to you for a couple of days after purchase. The delivery was very quick and efficient. Highly recommend buying through Tempurpedic.com directly.

I've actually enjoyed this mattress more than I expected to. My previous experiences with memory foam haven't been great, since I tend to sleep warm. But I've been very comfortable with the ProAdapt despite the weather getting warmer. As a side sleeper I prefer a softer plushier mattress and this has been doing the trick. It's soft enough to not cause me hip and arm/shoulder pain from being on my side, but still very much supportive enough. I'm very happy with it!
