Not the same quality as before. Sam's changing everything. bring back the ones from before. or get the right eggs. why are these not as good? are they really pasture raised? before all the yolks were very dark orange now they are pale. flavor is not as rich.

Long-time buyer here (2 years) because these pasture-raised eggs consistently had rich, deep-orange yolks and great flavor. After the recent label change, the quality of my latest cartons is dramatically different: yolks are very pale (nearly white), the whites are watery, and the shells are thin and crumbly. Flavor is noticeably flat. I purchased these at the Canton, MI location September 2025. This feels like a supplier change, and it's not on par with what made this product a favorite. Please investigate and either restore the previous standard or share what's changed. I'd love to keep buying these—but only if the original quality returns.

Previously loved the Member's Mark Pastured Large Eggs, and I was very happy to see that they switched to organic pastured eggs the last time I was in. Stocked up on two 18 packs, then upon opening the new pack, was dismayed to find there was a drastic difference between the old nonorganic and organic eggs. The old ones had rich, round orange yolks and firm whites. The first “organic”egg I cracked had pale yellow yolks and watery whites. They also had an odd smell, not rotten but vegetal smelling. I thought it might be a one off, but as I continued cracking eggs, they were the same. Tried some from the second pack, and they were the same. The taste was also significantly diminished. I will use up these eggs, but won't be purchasing again. I have to assume they have now switched suppliers or the supplier has changed the feed or living standards of the chickens drastically. I exclusively buy pastured eggs, not “cage free” for the quality difference, and these are unlike any I've ever purchased. I don't believe the supplier is following the guidelines for pastured organic eggs at all.

Great value compared to local grocers, eggs are always thick-shelled with rich orange yolks, hardly ever find cracked shells or anything. These make the best scrambled eggs (after stirring the eggs vigorously I add one dollop of sour cream per egg, and cook on a med-low heat- best scrambled eggs ever!)

Was so happy when my Sam's Club started carrying pastored eggs again, but these are pretty poor in comparison to what they had a year ago. The yolks are pale yellow, and the taste is no better than caged eggs - the hens must only have access to a barren pasture without many bugs and worms and mainly eating grain. Won't be buying again – good price, but not something I want to serve my family in terms of taste and nutritional quality.

Used to love these eggs and never had any problems with them until recently. The last couple of packages had a few eggs here and there where the egg yolks tasted rotten. They almost have a mothball type flavor - definitely unpleasant. With the most recent packages, more than half of the egg yolks taste like this now. The problem seems to be getting worse with each package I buy. The company really needs to take a look at this to see what is causing this horrible flavor in their egg yolks. I will be contacting them directly as well.

Up until a couple months ago I would've rated these eggs 5/5. The yolk were previously orange and obviously superior in quality. Now, they are pale yellow and I keep getting calcium deposits inside the egg once cooked, which resembles a hard plastic chunk. Very disappointed these have changed for the worse. Please switch back to previous provider.

Something has happened with the quality of these eggs over the past few months. I was using Instacart to deliver as the store is over 15 miles away, but they were worth it. The most recent batch of these pasture eggs have definitely changed. The yolks are far more pale yellow than the rich dark yolks of the past. They just don't look or taste the same and this will be my last purchase. They were always much cheaper than the Happy eggs from the grocery store, but there's no reason to go out of my anymore.

I have been purchasing the pasture raised eggs from Sam's Club for the past several years but when they switched to the green packaging, I noticed a dip in quality. While the former package (black) was not labeled as organic, the green package is definitely labeled as such. The new organic pasture raised eggs, seem to have a thinner shell and the yolks are very pale in comparison to the older brand. I'm not sure if I will continue to buy these eggs, if the quality will remain the same.

I usually get the ick from your typical grocery store eggs, but I decided to buy these on a whim when I saw pasture raised eggs trending on social media for their health benefits. I have made over easy and boiled eggs with them, and they are easily some of the best eggs I have ever had. I would renew my membership every year if it meant just going to Sam's for this one item. You need to try these eggs!
