We froze them b4 grilling because of time between purchase and our event. Even though they were frozen 1st they grilled up so wonderfully. They were perfect.

Steaks ate always delicious. Whenever we grill these, our guests are astounded when we tell them the steaks are from Sam’s. They are of equal if not superior quality as the filets we have purchased from our local butcher. Excellent steaks.

The filets were melt in your mouth tender after cooking! I was worried because in the package they looked a little small, but turns out they were perfect sized! Served them with sauteed shrimp for a surf & turf dinner

We buy these steaks because they are always very tender. I season them the way we like them and then vacuum seal them (2 to a package) and keep a supply in our larger freezer.

The Filet mignon was always trimmed very well only at this particular Sam’s Club where I shopped. Any of the meat I bought from this (Matthews) warehouse doesn’t fail to satisfy. I have been shopping in this warehouse for the meat. Consistently of great quality especially the way the meat are trimmed. In this location the butchers are doing a great job! Please keep up the good work.

The steaks are good quality and tasty. My “beef” is the packaging. There are never the same size of steaks in a pack. Having a dinner party for for and I got 2 ea 12-14 ounces and 2 ea 6 ounce steaks. They seem to get into a bit of a hurry and don’t put similar looking steaks into a package.
