I always find exceptional Choice beef filet steaks at Sam's. You will not be disappointed in the flavor when you buy your steaks there.

Good quality filets. Could use a little more trimming. Had small amounts of silver skin on them but ut was easy to trim.

Reasonably priced and very tender. I grilled them and topped them with bernaise sauce. Simply delicious. There are so many great recipes that you can use for this versatile cut of beef.

Really thought for the price that these would be tender and flavorful. Unfortunately, they were very tough, and I cooked them more rare than medium.

I was very disappointed with the meat as when I got home the opposite side of the steaks were full of fat.

Was quite a bit of fat on these filets in comparison to ones that i normally purchase from sams club

Good quality beef. They came out delicious and so tender. We grilled them. We always buy these at Sam’s and they never disappoint.

They were pretty good. Only about 1" thick. I usually go 1.5-2". Quick iron skillet sear on both sides for ~3 min each side for nice and rare--red center with a 1/8" crust

These steaks are smaller than I used to purchase from Sam’s Club, however, that is a reflection on current beef market! Still less expensive than going to a restaurant today. These steaks are always delicious in my book!

I think when I pay 25$ a pound I should not get 8oz. Of fat on a 2.1 lb package. Most of fat could not be seen until opened package. I guess that’s the last beef purchase at Sam’s
