We were shocked at the horrible quality of our recent purchase of your filet mignon! It was mushy! Made for a very bad “date night”!for my hubby and me. 

They did refund our money, but as a devoted member since 1998, we can't help but wonder what's happening to Sam's quality control. This isn't the first time, unfortunately.

At a time when beef is not particularly budget friendly and I feel like some stores and restaurants may be passing lower cuts off as premium to help sales, I was very pleased with my purchase of filets from Sam's.  Those were the steaks you hope to get when buying premium meats.  My next filets will come from Sam's!
