This is our "go-to" steak when we plan on grilling out. Someone complained about the packaging having 2 good steaks while the others were small. You can clearly see through the packaging what size these fillets are so I am not deducting a star (I have always found the amount/size I need). I marinate these steaks and they are melt in your mouth good! They are an economically friendly purchase too as Sam's Club offers them much cheaper than my local grocery store- which is why I rarely purchase steak at my grocery store! You can't go wrong with these tenderloins and I suggest you give them a try.

One of the reasons that I purchased a Sam’s club membership was to try the filet mignon. I haven’t bought this cut of meat in years because it runs $20-$30 a pound at other stores. I am also a steak snob so I’m very picky about steak. I found these filets marked down to $11.99 a pound. We grilled them up tonight and they were melt in your mouth amazing! I served them with baked potatoes with real butter, sour cream and chives. I bought two more packs and plan on cooking them tomorrow night. The money I saved on the steaks alone more than paid for my membership. This will be a regular purchase!

Was not good. Very fatty and chewy. Not good flavor
