I purchased one package of four beautiful filets for my wife and two guests but as I opened the package three were beautiful and hidden under the label were (four pieces of what would have been cut up filet) Very Disappointing.

Very good quality meat, that cooks up tender and delicious! I especially like when they have packages of the "tails", which are just enough for two people.

Make sure to open the package once you get home. I was going to vacuum seal the meat to put in the freezer. The smell was so bad I had to air out the house. Return for a refund.

We usually buy the whole tenderloin but the trimmed was so much more than the ones cut and trimmed so we bought these instead. They were absolutely wonderful! Our favorite steaks.

Love this tender and juicy cut of the meat. Has perfect fat marble what makes the steak easy to cook to the perfection. Don’t overcook - medium rare is best for my liking.

Usually these are great steaks, I do P/u which is fabulous, but this time our 4 filets were huge, no option, this cut was way to big for a filet, 31/2+ pounds for 4 steaks

I have always gotten good meat from Sam's Club. I put these in my sous vide and let them cook for 12-24 hours then I vacuum pack & freeze them. When I am ready to eat it, just thaw it out, heat it up & eat it. It's ready in no time.

These tenderloin steaks were fresh, tender and juicy with just the right marbling. There was very little fat to trim and no grissle hidden on the bottom. Delicious steaks.

Tried to give our friends a good dinner and it was completely ruined. They obviously use tenderizing enzymes in their food which turned every single fillet into mush. Not just overly soft, I’m talking baby food or meat paste level. Completely unacceptable, ESPECIALLY for what came out to be a $65 purchase. Buy your meat somewhere else!
