These steaks are absolutely amazing! Perfect texture for grilling and the thickness of the cut makes for the juiciest flavor. We have these every Saturday night since the cost is so much more reasonable than the other bougie stores. I love these steaks so much!

We purchased the tenderloin steak in hopes of finding a tender piece. We have tried on numerous other occasions to find a good piece of steak only to be disappointed. While we can truthfully say the best steak we have had in a very long time. While everything is so expensive in the food dept at any grocery or meat store, the steak was worth it. Yum!

To be honest, I have only eaten one of the four thus far. I put the other three in the freezer and will be able to have three more great dinners! I was in the store and saw one of my daughter's childhood friends. She was telling me how good your steaks were, so I decided to try these tenderloins and so glad that I did. They were better than the ones I have been paying MUCH more for at other stores and meat markets. My granddaughter, who does NOT like steak, even ate about 1/3 of mine. I highly recommend them. (I cook on the stove in butter and add red wine, worcestershire, a llittle salt, pepper, and minced garlic.)

I ordered 5 packages of these tenderloin steaks. The picture shows a very trimmed piece of steak. The description says it’s trimmed. The price was more than if it wasn’t trimmed. However, the product was not trimmed. If they did, they didn’t trim much. I threw away about 20% of it in fat that I myself trimmed off. Essentially, I just paid extra to have an untrimmed tenderloin cut into steaks. Meat was still good quality as always. But description and picture is deceiving.

The best steaks we have ever made from a grocery store. We are steak snobs! We don't use any sauce on our steaks as it would an insult to the steak so it has to taste great. Surprisingly this steak blew me away. FYI we do the carnivore diet as well so we eat steak at least 4-5 times a week.

The product is as good as the prime beef. My problem with this is the cartilage still has to be cut off before you can cook it. This last time, I asked the butcher to cut it off and make it ready for grilling. It was a much better experience. By the time it's cut off, you can get the same thing at the grocery store.

I have been preparing Meats for over 50 years. I enjoy looking over the cuts, checking their tenderness and freshness. I have often been purchasing your filet minon for a number of years and can say they are still a high quality at a reasonable price. I am picky at what I buy, but because I can review these cuts not only visually but by touch and I can say I am never disappointed. Thank you.

Quality is almost always superior to regular grocery chains and often equal to what we get at the butcher. Prices for market value are not horrible but costs across the board are incredibly high. We buy these probably every other week and continue to skip the line at the butcher most weeks!

I recently started giving Sam’s meat selection serious consideration. I’ve shopped at higher end grocery stores for the past decade and never considered Sam’s selections. Until this past summer I moved to another city and started expanding my view. When I came back home I figured to give Sam’s a try. I have not been disappointed! The value for the filets is excellent. Give it a try!

What’s the deal in the meat section They are cutting steaks way too big Plus the cuts are terrible. I buy these at least once a week. But lately they have been terrible. Quality of meat has degraded lately. Good cuts are far a few between.
