This is our go to steak dinner, melt in your mouth texture flavor and juicy.

Usually these steaks are great but this time they had more fat on them, and they were grossly different in size. One of the filets was very small, and the other 3 were fairly large.

Silver skin still on the meat and totally fatty!! For the price I was expecting good quality. If I had known, I would've just bought a whole tenderloin myself and cut it up.

The worst filets we ever bought from Sams. They were so full of gristle and fat you could hardly cut them up. For two days after grilling them I tried calling to speak with someone in the meat department and couldn’t get an answer. Very disappointed Sams Club!

I have purchased these steaks many times and they have always been delicious. However my last purchase, in one package of 4, they all had a large layer of fat going entirely across the bottom where it was hidden from view. Probably an employee made the decision in an attempt to help the bottom line of the meat department. I would not have made this review except for the fact that it appeared an employee purposely left this excess fat on and hid it from view.

The guys packing these steaks have a bad habit of hiding the gristle and fat on the bottom - the side you don't see. When you get it home and open the pack you see that half the steak is fat and when you cook it, you spend more time cutting out gristle than eating steak - this is NOT a good product at half the price - and it is expensive. Not happy.
