Wireless speaker crackling

Speakers keep cutting in and out and crackling whenever they want. I updated the firmware and the issue is still there.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the audio cutting out and cracking sound from the speakers.Try doing a hard reset by pressing and holding down the - & + buttons on the top of the soundbar until "INIT OK" appears on the display. Once complete the soundbar will return to its factory settings.
