I bought two of these, they were a great price. The quality and ease of assembly was top notch. The instructions were easy to understand and complete. All of the components were packaged nicely.

I bought two. The first is decent but the second arrived with missing parts and had a warped lid. Contacting Keter has not gone well as the email address they gave on the instructions bounced back as "no longer monitored".

Loved it so much I bought a second one. It's HUGE. And so easy to assemble. It holds all my birdseed, pet supplies, potting soil, planters and yard tools. I bought the second one for the Koi pond and pool supplies. What a fantastic investment...The clutter is gone and I got my spare room back. Highly recommended!

Box is good size and a good value. However the screws that hold the box together are short and thread into plastic, which pull out easily. The latch for the lid uses the same screws and pulled out during a high wind, which tore the lid off (also held into place with short screws) and we lost 3 of our patio furniture cushions. Might be OK for a sheltered area, but not out in the open.

I have been disappointed in some keter garage storage units we bought several years ago! We saw these deck boxes at SAMS and decided to take a chance on the quality. Got the boxes home and they were very easy to assemble no cracks, splits, or wrapped pieces. The boxes are very large and all our patio furniture cushions fit in two boxes. They are very sturdy and water tight.

This deck box is well engineered, easy to assemble, and results in massive/sturdy storage. Only issue was a missing lid end cap (LM) -- only 3 of the 4 were in the sealed bag. Other than that, Keter should be commended for a job well done. Although the color is brown, it seems closer to black when out in the sun.

Had to return twice before I got a good one. The first one I bought had a damaged lid. Sam's wouldn't exchange just the lid, so I had to take the whole thing back and exchange it for a new one. The second one was missing parts, so I exchanged that one too. Finally on the third try it wasn't damaged and had all the parts inside. Gave it 2 stars because if you can get a good one it is a decent product for the price.

I ordered this online and picked up at my favorite Sam's location. The reason I purchased was to convert it into a dog house. The instructions aren't great. You have to figure it out like a puzzle. Once assembled, it's pretty sturdy. My husband cut out an opening on one side. We are happy with our purchase and so are the dogs. They didn't waste any time getting inside to get out of the cold, rainy weather.

We got our first box about 3 years ago, but found it hard to find more. The box arrived damaged and missing instructions. It was assembled using the first one as a guide because we didn't receive a reply from customer assistance. Within 2 weeks the price jumped $20.when we wanted another one. Other retailers are significantly higher than Sam's Club.

Purchased to store pool chemicals and pool toys. Was very easy to assemble. Overall, it seems pretty sturdy. I like the two hinge pistons on the lid so that it's easy to open and close. Can't beat the price for a deck box this size. My only concern is that there are voids/gaps in between the lid and base, which means mice or snakes could get inside. If that happens, I will have to find a different deck box!
