We currently own 2 Keter deck boxes so trusted that another Keter product would live up our standards. . We were very disappointed in the quality of this product. The unassembled pieces were flimsy and 2 panels were anlready cracked upon delivery. We knew this would not be able to meet our needs or expectations so returned it for a refund.

The first Deck Box was damaged in shipping and missing parts. Didn't arrive in original packaging. Was repackaged by shipper. You immediately sent a second Deck Box. This one arrived also damaged and missing parts but in the original box. Combined parts and assembled one Deck Box. This is a good Deck Box. I would recommend buying this Deck Box. Sent two incomplete sets of damaged parts in one package back to Sam's.

So disappointed in this product! I’ve come to expect products from Sam’s Club to be of high quality but this product arrived with the side wall cracked. We bought it for our dock and it is not at all water tight. If I hadn’t spent all afternoon putting it together I would return it.

Very HUGE but nice. It took two people to put together me saying look at the youtube video and holding the top and my son’s father looking at me crazy. Other than that he did a wonderful job putting the box together. The box is very sturdy and all this rain from last week and this week the inside is bone dry.

Deck box had a 6” crack on one of the sections. This section was in the back out of sight but will probably continue to get larger. Due to the product size we opted to hope for the best and not hassle with returning it. Sam’s club should offer some sort of compensation.

I was looking for an outdoor large storage box. Based on it’s glowing reviews I decided on the Keter 230. Finding it at Sam’s at a big discount made it even better. Installation was a breeze. Size and depth was ginormous. My wife who’s 5 feet tall can’t touch the bottom from the outside and almost fell in. Haha. It’s waterproof to a fault. Extremely solid and durable. We’re very pleased with the purchase.

This was the perfect over sized porch box that we needed for all of our outside patio items. The only issue we had was the 1/2 inch gap at the back of the box box between the box & door. We live in a wooded area and do not want to find frogs, lizards or any small animals in our box so we found a peel & stick weather striping like material and used it to seal the back of the box so now no gaps.

Went together pretty well for an older lady with arthritic hands! I am thrilled with the size as it holds all of my patio cushions as I had hoped! I originally had them all in 3 different storage bags and it was a real pain getting them in and out of the shed when I wanted them. The deck box fit perfectly in the space I had intended. Very sturdy and has kept the rain out so no moisture inside. Am anxious to see how it fairs over the winter. I'm super satisfied and thrilled with this purchase!

It's a sizable box great for pool deck storage. I have three as I have several entertaining spots that require cushion storage or pool toy storage. I did have one corner post break when struck by an warrant golf ball. But other than that I like the product. Easy to build and fairly sturdy for outdoor light duty storage. It has a lockable latch as well an added benefit. Just wish I could get replacement corner post not sure how to go about it.

Easy to assemble, helpful if you have 2 people since it's so big! VERY roomie and keeps water out and very attractive with my decor. Still giving 5 stars, but a couple of ticky-tac things: Rain water stands in the ridges on the top, so I treated my top with "wet and forget" so it wouldn't mildew. Also, front edge of lid had some rough spots of plastic. Ran a piece of sand paper over it and they came right off. Might could have turned that piece to the back in assembly since other side was smooth but didn't notice until completely assembled. Quick fix, so no biggie! It is VERY BIG, all cushions fit with lots of room to spare. I probably could have gone smaller, but I am sure I will think of things that can go inside! Very happy with the price at Sam's Club.
