I have 6 very large seat cushions (25x25") and the back cushions are 24x20. I needed a big box for my deck. This was super easy to assemble, but I have two complaints. First, the lock parts do not sit side-by-side with each other when installed, making it difficult to put a lock through it. There is only one way to install so it's not me. Second, the lid does not sit tightly on the box. After taking out my cushions, there was a dead moth and a dead bee in it. Also, although rain doesn't seem to get in, even with a tornado nearby, the buds from my pear tree did on a windy day. If it is to allow for air, it's poorly designed if insects get in. BTW, the smaller deck box has air 'holes' but I put screen material over them. Not an option here.

Broken part that just happened to be the last (top) was snapped into place Box straps were falling off/ when received. Definitely not worth the $208 I was charged by Sam’s club : Their answer was to bring this installed deck box back My question, how do you expect me to get it back ??? The box is 0ver 200 gal box

Went together pretty well for an older lady with arthritic hands! I am thrilled with the size as it holds all of my patio cushions as I had hoped! I originally had them all in 3 different storage bags and it was a real pain getting them in and out of the shed when I wanted them. The deck box fit perfectly in the space I had intended. Very sturdy and has kept the rain out so no moisture inside. Am anxious to see how it fairs over the winter. I'm super satisfied and thrilled with this purchase!

It's a sizable box great for pool deck storage. I have three as I have several entertaining spots that require cushion storage or pool toy storage. I did have one corner post break when struck by an warrant golf ball. But other than that I like the product. Easy to build and fairly sturdy for outdoor light duty storage. It has a lockable latch as well an added benefit. Just wish I could get replacement corner post not sure how to go about it.

Great deck box. Largest capacity I’ve found. Store all my outdoor cushions in it when it rains. Box is sturdy, attractive and very well built. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Sam’s club Price was lowest found on the internet. Actually bought another one. Very satisfied

This item is one of those purchases that tells you not to reurn the item to the store if any part is broken or missing. They ask you to call the 800 number for Keter, and they will send a replacement piece. The box we ordered was missing all the hardware to include screws, nuts, and hinges. It has been over two months of numerous phone calls and emails and the missing items have not been replaced. Keter has stopped returning our calls and emails. We ARE returning the item to our local club and getting our money back. I strongly recommend that you not buy any item manufactured by Keter. I also question why Sam's Club cntinues to do business with a company that has such a poor record of customer service.

Perfect - exactly as described in capacity and was replacing a 20 year old outdoor box that we were using for firewood (also Sam purchase). Seems to be holding up well to heavy wood being tossed in and not bowing under the weight so far. Has been waterproof for our firewood after a couple storms.

The first Deck Box was damaged in shipping and missing parts. Didn't arrive in original packaging. Was repackaged by shipper. You immediately sent a second Deck Box. This one arrived also damaged and missing parts but in the original box. Combined parts and assembled one Deck Box. This is a good Deck Box. I would recommend buying this Deck Box. Sent two incomplete sets of damaged parts in one package back to Sam's.

When I received the ordered item, the Lid was broken, and, consequently, not rain proof. I called Sam's and they referred me to the manufacturer. I had to call several times before they answered. They advised that they would call back with a solution. I called back several times because they would not call back as they had promised me. The Lid was not sent to me and I finally gave up on getting a replacement. A waste of 100 + dollars on a defective item. This is the first time I've had a problem on an item sold by Sam's.

Deck box had a 6” crack on one of the sections. This section was in the back out of sight but will probably continue to get larger. Due to the product size we opted to hope for the best and not hassle with returning it. Sam’s club should offer some sort of compensation.
