Purchased this item a month ago and cannot use due to no hardware. Called Keter 3 times since I bought it and they tell me that they process 3000 packages a day for shipping and are waiting for a carrier to pick up. They tell me our order is just sitting there waiting. Customer service rep suggested we go to our local Sams Club and ask for parts from another deck box and if we get some to let Keter know so they can cancel our order...that is supposedly processed and waiting for pickup!! Very, very disappointed to say the least!

I purchased one of these in North Dakota. We have outside,with the cold weather and snow it cracked. I have contacted customer service for two months with no calls back just text messages telling me customer service will get back to me. (I wanted to purchase a new front to replace the cracked one). Still to this day no call back. I even asked them for a phone number which they didn’t respond to. KETER customer service I’m still waiting!!!!!

It was actually very easy to assemble with following directions step by step. Love the locking assembly instead of tons of screws. we had a number of extra screws and they were quality screws. Seems tough and strong . We are impressed and happy with it Quite large and lid jacks work great. Considering ordering another if l can figure if. I need it.

I would not buy anything from KETER because they do not back their products at all. My box was broken and under warranty and even though its under warranty they wont fix it or replace it.. They will send you to the fine print and say they have a right to not fix it if they offer you a prorated amount of money back.. So they offered me back $30 for my few hundred dollar box.

I have purchased 8 of these to help with my decluterung project and for Holiday decorations They are easy peasy to assemble and quite sturdy. I am on my way to having the most organized yard, in the neighborhood, bc of these boxes. The only issue is that rain water resides on the top and in the grooves of design. I bought clear shower liners to eliminate this issue. I am getting a couple more for gifts, a great value at Sam's club.

The first question everyone asks is, how sturdy is it? If you want something that feels like it was built with 2x4s and 3/4 inch plywood, you will be disappointed. If what you want is something that has rigid sides and can be drug across the deck, I expect you will be satisfied for many years. I just assembled mine and could not be happier, especially for the price. The engineering is good, the instructions and labels are great, and the packing was secure. Mine will be on the deck, but I could see this box being used by the pool or even on a large pontoon boat. The only caution I would offer is to pick it up in the store rather than have it shipped. It is not heavy, but is large. Based upon the condition of some of the boxes in the store, I can see that this does not always ship well.

Mice can get in. I put outdoor pillows for storage, opened the lid, and a fat, cute mouse was looking at me. They have made nice winter shelter for themselves. Other boxes I have don't have this issue. I'm disappointed, as the size is really cool.

I ordered this online and picked up at my favorite Sam's location. The reason I purchased was to convert it into a dog house. The instructions aren't great. You have to figure it out like a puzzle. Once assembled, it's pretty sturdy. My husband cut out an opening on one side. We are happy with our purchase and so are the dogs. They didn't waste any time getting inside to get out of the cold, rainy weather.

Not very good Customer Service! Purchased online and shipped to my house. Box arrived with smashed corners and all taped up. The Deck Box was just thrown in the shipping box with pieces everywhere. There should have been a box in the box, but nope. Looked like all the pieces were there so I put it together. When I got to installing the strut hinges both of them were bad and would not hold up the top. The top has a chip missing on the left front. The instructions say DON'T return to the store call Customer Service. Called Customer Service and was told I had to send the receipt and a picture of the damage and they would determine what to do. All this and I haven't even used it yet. Not doing it, the product is going back to Sams! If you buy one of these, make sure everything is there and right because you're on your own if it isn't.

Box is good size and a good value. However the screws that hold the box together are short and thread into plastic, which pull out easily. The latch for the lid uses the same screws and pulled out during a high wind, which tore the lid off (also held into place with short screws) and we lost 3 of our patio furniture cushions. Might be OK for a sheltered area, but not out in the open.
