Not very good Customer Service! Purchased online and shipped to my house. Box arrived with smashed corners and all taped up. The Deck Box was just thrown in the shipping box with pieces everywhere. There should have been a box in the box, but nope. Looked like all the pieces were there so I put it together. When I got to installing the strut hinges both of them were bad and would not hold up the top. The top has a chip missing on the left front. The instructions say DON'T return to the store call Customer Service. Called Customer Service and was told I had to send the receipt and a picture of the damage and they would determine what to do. All this and I haven't even used it yet. Not doing it, the product is going back to Sams! If you buy one of these, make sure everything is there and right because you're on your own if it isn't.

I bought this storage box and unpacked it. Unfortunately, after taking all the contents out, I did not find any booklet identifying the parts or showing assembly instructions. I did watch couple of videos on Youtube and assembled it. It still caused some concern and required some logical deduction

Purchased this item a month ago and cannot use due to no hardware. Called Keter 3 times since I bought it and they tell me that they process 3000 packages a day for shipping and are waiting for a carrier to pick up. They tell me our order is just sitting there waiting. Customer service rep suggested we go to our local Sams Club and ask for parts from another deck box and if we get some to let Keter know so they can cancel our order...that is supposedly processed and waiting for pickup!! Very, very disappointed to say the least!

Purchased this item online for in-store pickup. Arranged to have someone come with me for pickup as I would need a larger vehicle to fit this item in, it is not assembled and the box is LARGE. I did not inspect the bottom of the box, looking back now I sure wish I did. The box was all beat up underneath. When I opened it up it was all damaged a lot of broken pieces. When I called my local store I was told they are not responsible for what happens in the warehouse. This item will be going back to the store for a full refund. I expected high quality for the price point, don’t be fooled and check your boxes before taking them home.

Purchased to store pool chemicals and pool toys. Was very easy to assemble. Overall, it seems pretty sturdy. I like the two hinge pistons on the lid so that it's easy to open and close. Can't beat the price for a deck box this size. My only concern is that there are voids/gaps in between the lid and base, which means mice or snakes could get inside. If that happens, I will have to find a different deck box!

Bought 2 of these a few weeks ago for our pool area. Was fairly easy to put together (if you actually FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS). First one took just shy of 30 minutes. Second one took only about 20 minutes as I learned from my mistakes. :) One to keep cushions in, the other for pool toys. Have been through several storms and everything is nice and dry. Have had a few 90+ degree days and the lid has a tendency to "wobble" when really hot, but other than that I can find no fault in this product.

This deck box is massive. My husband said "it's so easy to put together" and he thinks it's good quality.  I can't wait to use it and store all the things inside. Beach chairs, corn hole, umbrella, cushions, etc.  I think it's big enough to use for trash cans and recycling storage too. I might have to get another.

I ordered the deck box very quickly. Sams did their job, thank you. Box was searched several times. Come to find this item came with NO instructions. I called Keter 5 separate times to no avail on receiving instructions. 4 days later, im still waiting for the email. There is "0" customer service to use. They are unwilling to help.

Loved it so much I bought a second one. It's HUGE. And so easy to assemble. It holds all my birdseed, pet supplies, potting soil, planters and yard tools. I bought the second one for the Koi pond and pool supplies. What a fantastic investment...The clutter is gone and I got my spare room back. Highly recommended!

I bought this deck box last year and when I opened it up this year I was met by wasp. I have found several wasp nest attached to pillows stored in the deck box. Along with other bugs. Warning the box is not tight and be careful when entering it. I need to find a Wasp repellant to put in the box.
