I bought this deck box last year and when I opened it up this year I was met by wasp. I have found several wasp nest attached to pillows stored in the deck box. Along with other bugs. Warning the box is not tight and be careful when entering it. I need to find a Wasp repellant to put in the box.

Purchased this item online for in-store pickup. Arranged to have someone come with me for pickup as I would need a larger vehicle to fit this item in, it is not assembled and the box is LARGE. I did not inspect the bottom of the box, looking back now I sure wish I did. The box was all beat up underneath. When I opened it up it was all damaged a lot of broken pieces. When I called my local store I was told they are not responsible for what happens in the warehouse. This item will be going back to the store for a full refund. I expected high quality for the price point, don’t be fooled and check your boxes before taking them home.

Bought this today at Sam's, watched a couple of videos and had it together in less than 30 minutes. Easily holds 4 folding patio chairs and our umbrella for the patio table. As long as it sits on level ground (or on the deck like it was designed for) it is very sturdy.

Had to return twice before I got a good one. The first one I bought had a damaged lid. Sam's wouldn't exchange just the lid, so I had to take the whole thing back and exchange it for a new one. The second one was missing parts, so I exchanged that one too. Finally on the third try it wasn't damaged and had all the parts inside. Gave it 2 stars because if you can get a good one it is a decent product for the price.

Bought last May 2019 for pool equipment and deck chairs. Last week I noticed two cracks on the lid face. The cracks line up with the metal brace on the inside of the lid. I would not recommend this product. I have not called Sams or Keter just don't want the runaround. Should have stayed with Rubbermaid.

I needed more storage for seasonal items and this was my go to. We bought 2 of them. Super easy to assemble. Instructions are clear with photos. Took maybe 20 minutes. Only need a screwdriver or a drill. We shall see if they pass the Las Vegas summers without warping or falling apart. Super pleased at first glance. Only time will tell.

This storage has not met all of my expectations. I haven’t had a problem so far with water on the cushions stored inside but dust/dirt when it’s windy definitely gets in! So for me it defeats the purpose of storing the cushions in there. My purpose was to cut down on having to vacuum my cushions so much when ready to use them! I want my money back, really!

I ordered this online due to free shipping instead of an in-club purchase. The packaging appears to be slightly different. There were no instructions within the box. Searing the Keter site was extremely frustrating due to a lack of name for this item (the Ontario) and since clicking on the Instructions link for the item simply led to another Keter homepage. Once I found the actual instructions, assembly was fairly easy. This deck box fits all our large cushions for a 6-seat set.

I have been disappointed in some keter garage storage units we bought several years ago! We saw these deck boxes at SAMS and decided to take a chance on the quality. Got the boxes home and they were very easy to assemble no cracks, splits, or wrapped pieces. The boxes are very large and all our patio furniture cushions fit in two boxes. They are very sturdy and water tight.

I ordered the deck box very quickly. Sams did their job, thank you. Box was searched several times. Come to find this item came with NO instructions. I called Keter 5 separate times to no avail on receiving instructions. 4 days later, im still waiting for the email. There is "0" customer service to use. They are unwilling to help.
