I bought two chairs. I'm 61 years old and disabled. Had them both together in 18 minutes. This includes opening the boxes. Friends, the instructions are clear and brief. The components line up perfectly if you follow the instructions. Only an Allen wrench is needed and they supply it. I have never had an assembly where I didn't cuss and swear...until I bought these. I expect good long term results based on close examination of the materials. I will clean and care for the chairs properly and re-tighten screws, if needed, every 10-12 months. I bought this a month ago and I absolutely despise it. I have serious back issues and this chair is killing me. I wish I'd have saved the box so I can return it for a refund. I have tried every recommendation and video online to make it more comfortable. It has a tilting function, but it always pitches forward and makes me feel like I'm falling forward or need to get up or lean back. It's a nice looking, sturdy chair but that's the only good thing I can say.
