A quality comfortable chair for a great price! Only problem is that it doesn’t go low enough. I’m 5”5 and my feet barely touch the floor on the lowest setting. Would not be good for anyone shorter.

I was looking for a decent office chair, nothing too expensive, for my new office space, and this chair exceeded expectations in price and comfort. Bravo!

The most uncomfortable office chair I think I have ever sat in. It causes actual pain. It’s somewhat of a torture device. Save your money for something else.

I had an older chair that the the pneumatic pump was gone. So primarily. at 6 foot, 5 feet tall, I was sitting with my knees in my chest. This new chair is great

This is our 2nd Serra office chair since my wife and I work from home. I had to buy this one because the first one we purchased started going down on its own. But that works out for my wife since she prefers the chair all the way down.

I was on the fence about investing in a new office chair but I'm so glad I did! This chair is amazing. You don't know the support you are missing until you upgrade. Your body will thank you at the end of the day.

This is a fine chair for the cost. It's comfortable and supportive. The up/down mechanism works fine to set your best seat height. And very important for me -- it was easy to assemble using only one tool which was included. Unless you need something fancy, this chair is sturdy %26 functional.

I bought this chair with high hopes. Being made by Serta and a great sale price that is. It was ok for about a month, then not at all. After sitting and working for an hour, my Coccyx and lower back are screaming. I have to get up slowly and walk around my office to relieve the pain. I work 10-hour days and I lose time having to walk off the pain every hour. The short seat does not help either. It would be returned if I had the means and the way to do so. I am stuck with it.

I am returning this chair. The seat is too short and this is coming from someone that is short! I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be for a taller person. It doesn't reach the back of my knees and my legs go numb. The seat back isn't very friendly either. My old chair is more comfortable that this one I have a tendency to lean forward on my chair and this chair seems to tilt with me. Maybe because the seat isn't long enough? IDK. I used it for all of twenty minutes and then brought my old chair back into the office. I gave it two stars because it did go together easily. Beyond that, it is uncomfortable in the seat and back areas of the chair. I also have a shoulder injury and I couldn't adjust the chair while I was sitting on it, the lever was to far back to comfortably reach. Of course, that is most likely due to my injury so you may not experience the same issue.
