I just finished putting this office chair together and assembly was a breeze - well machined parts, wrapped with care, and well written, easy to follow instructions. The chair itself feels comfortable sitting in it right now, although I suspect the seat may begin to feel a little hard after a full day’s work.

Great office chair! It was easy to assemble, looks great, and is surprisingly comfortable. The supportive cushioning and adjustable features make it easy to find the right position. It feels sturdy, rolls smoothly, and provides excellent back support. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

It is very comfortable. My bottom not aching. I used to have to sit on pillows and my bottom still used to hurt cheeks were numb. I no longer have to sit on pillows nor does my bottom hurt because Serta cushion is just right for my bottom. Thank you, Serta for having the best cushion for me!

Good quality for the price. Easy to put together with good instructions. First try sitting in it - Padding and material is comfortable, however, it leans slightly forward giving me the feeling that I’m gonna slide off. I may be battling having to constantly adjust myself. It feels like neutral position should be another 10 degrees back so I am not a huge fan of that part. If it weren’t for that, I’d have given it 4 stars.

I don’t Rea have an office but I do have a desktop computer and this chair is very comfortable. It makes working at the computer more bearable. The only fault would be that it could have a taller back so when tilting back a person can rest their head.

I have no idea why there are so many excellent reviews for this chair. It is VERY FIRM and extremely uncomfortable. I am sitting on a cushion that I bought to help with the situation and it is not helping at all. I am so mad at myself for trusting this chair and throwing out my old one. I want my old chair back. Sitting in this thing all day to work is unbearable.

I love this chair, this is my second purchase because I loved my first that i needed another for my home office. The first one I bought was several years ago and it's still holding up and just as comfortable. Great price point as well, is recommend this chair to anyone looking for value and quality.

Ill edit this in the future if possible. The build was easy and steaight forward with labeled parts, all separated in the plastic. I just built it so I dont know how itll last or how vomfy it is. But it looks good. I wish it had more tilt but its not bad.

I wanted an inexpensive office chair and this chair fits that. It's not the most comfortable chair but it'll do. It looks nice enough. Sam's offers other more comfortable chairs that look better BUT the finish on those chairs eventually start flaking off. If this one starts flaking at some point, at least I didn't spend a lot. I've thrown away many office chairs. Buying a real leather office chair is very expensive these days. I paid $79 plus tax.

All instruments were clear and concise with the exception of the tilt function. I can’t figure out how you can lock the chair in a tilt position. I have pulled the handle out as instructed but it does not lock in a tilt position. Overall the product is satisfactory for its price.
