Good stuff

My wife makes the best lasagna she grew up in Italy and makes everything from scratch we saw this on the website and I decided to purchase this the next time I went to Sam's this is the worst mozzarella ever it didn't melt and had a rubbery texture and we couldn't chew it we threw out the lasagna it was a large one too, we definitely won't purchase this again.

I'm an Italian from a very italian Bronx NY neighborhood. Were I back in NY (I'm in FL) I would never buy this as fresh mozzarella, but for down here in Naples FL, when I don't feel like driving the 20 miles to the best Italian deli outside of NY, it's not all that bad.

Doesn’t taste like fresh,but it’s ok. I buy this at least twice a month.

I would like the block cheese so I can slice it myself, but this works fine on my deep dish pizza

I create caprese salads, use it for vegie lasagna and so many other ways.
