These are pre-sliced so making caprese salad is so easy. We just alternate tomato slices and slices of this fresh mozzarella on a platter and top with balsamic glaze, some olive oil, and fresh basil and pepper. So fresh and easy.

Yum. Yum. Yum. Good texture, good flavor. I have prefered the water immersed mozzarella in the past, but this is truly good. Maybe I now prefer this type.

I had never bought this cheese before, just the shredded variety at the grocery store. This cheese is delicious and we love it. I cant imagine going back to the other cheese now.

Great for the price and I love that it comes in 2 totally separate packages so you can use one (most recipes call for 1 lb.) and the other is kept unopened and lasts long. having it sliced cuts down prep time for recipes

Dissppointed. Expired when I received it may account for watery off flavor. However, cheese is hardy, so I cooked in a skillet and texture and flavor was okay! Was expecting a better cheese!

These are delicious layered with sliced tomatoes, seasoned with salt and fresh basil and drizzled with olive oil. I also use them in Italian meat pie but Easter breakfast.

The reason for a 3 star is once opened this cheese always starts getting mold before the expiration date. The taste is a 5 star, so if you can consume before date on package go for it. It’s delicious!

if I could I would give this a negative five star it was the most nasty smelling tasting cheese I have ever tasted in my whole entire life. It tasted like dish water and metal I should have returned it but I live 30 minutes away from the nearest Sam's Club. Maybe I got the bottom of the batch or old whatever the reason it was nasty.

My wife makes the best lasagna she grew up in Italy and makes everything from scratch we saw this on the website and I decided to purchase this the next time I went to Sam's this is the worst mozzarella ever it didn't melt and had a rubbery texture and we couldn't chew it we threw out the lasagna it was a large one too, we definitely won't purchase this again.
