This mozzarella is delightful! Perfect for melting with hot sandwiches and other dishes. Has that hand-pulled airy texture that only fine mozzarella provides - not block formed or pressed where it's hard or too dense. The flavor is delicious! It's one of the best mozzarella cheeses I've had the joy of trying. Just FYI: The package will seem watery inside. This is normal - that's how quality hand-made mozzarella is supposed to be. The package is conveniently segmented in two separate portions, so you can open one and still have half sealed to use later - rather than starting a timer on the entire thing.

If a pizza place can’t do margarita pizza, they can’t do pizza. I get Sam’s yeast, flour, tomatoes and this cheese. I do grill pizza, oven pizza and smoked pizza. NY thin crust, Chicago thin or pub, Detroit style, doesn’t matter. Great ingredients make the pie. Try getting this much mozzarella for this price anywhere else. Recommend patting dry with a towel before using pasta or pizza dish. Try your own pizza rolls with this cheese. I like premade they are gooey and packed with protein. So good and easy. Prep on a day off with a couple glasses of wine, you have snacks or lunch for the week. I’m se quickly after opening and only open one side at a time. Two packs go a long long way

Don't understand why mozzarella is expensive. These were on sale so it was worth getting. I make mozzarella sticks and then use them for my pizza. We have the Frigidaire oven with the built in pizza stone and it cooks the best pizza in 2 minutes. I love it and these mozzarella slices are a perfect addition

We use this for everything especially with prosciutto, tomato & balsamic glaze for a Caspersens sandwich. Antipasta, caprese salad, lasagna, you name it. Lasts a good while is properly wrapped & stored.

This mozzarella reminds me of when I was a kid, and my parents would buy fresh mozzarella. It tastes great. The slices are thick, but you can cut them smaller if that's how you like it.

Opened package at home with this mozzarella is like open hunting season. Seek ,conquer, and devour . If allowed my older son would eat large chunks of this stuff. I grew up in the Italian culture in my family. So good mozzarella is no stranger to me. Just the right creamy feel and not salty . Sometimes, I would blend Gouda , Parmesan, and Havarti cheese for topping baked pasta or eggplant.

The best fresh mozzarella you can get this side of Texas BelGioioso was a staple brand in New York and it continues to be so here in Texas the taste texture and quality are all top notch and the price is unbeatable the second closest to it in Heb is about 20$ compare to the 8$ found here

Oh my gosh, who doesn’t love cheese this product is so great for events especially for the holidays, but just great for having friends over, already sliced ready to go and delicious

I started buying the BelGioioso pre-sliced mozzarella when Sam's stopped carrying the BelGioioso mozzarella pearls. Like the flavor of this just as well, but preferred the pearls because they came packaged in 8 oz. portions, while the slices are packaged in 16 oz. portions. Have had a problem sometimes using it up before it decides to start getting mold on it. Recently started making a brine solution to store it in - hopefully that will help it keep longer.
