This mozzarella is delightful! Perfect for melting with hot sandwiches and other dishes. Has that hand-pulled airy texture that only fine mozzarella provides - not block formed or pressed where it's hard or too dense. The flavor is delicious! It's one of the best mozzarella cheeses I've had the joy of trying. Just FYI: The package will seem watery inside. This is normal - that's how quality hand-made mozzarella is supposed to be. The package is conveniently segmented in two separate portions, so you can open one and still have half sealed to use later - rather than starting a timer on the entire thing.

This mozzarella reminds me of when I was a kid, and my parents would buy fresh mozzarella. It tastes great. The slices are thick, but you can cut them smaller if that's how you like it.

Opened package at home with this mozzarella is like open hunting season. Seek ,conquer, and devour . If allowed my older son would eat large chunks of this stuff. I grew up in the Italian culture in my family. So good mozzarella is no stranger to me. Just the right creamy feel and not salty . Sometimes, I would blend Gouda , Parmesan, and Havarti cheese for topping baked pasta or eggplant.

The best fresh mozzarella you can get this side of Texas BelGioioso was a staple brand in New York and it continues to be so here in Texas the taste texture and quality are all top notch and the price is unbeatable the second closest to it in Heb is about 20$ compare to the 8$ found here

Just love to eat this on a bruschetta and a slice of tomato and drizzled with a combination olive oil, sea salt, and oregano! It has become one of my favorite snacks!

Great flavor and texture. Conveniently slices to alternate with tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Also great cubed up and added to salad or pasta dishes. Or … eat right out of the package.

We use this for everything especially with prosciutto, tomato & balsamic glaze for a Caspersens sandwich. Antipasta, caprese salad, lasagna, you name it. Lasts a good while is properly wrapped & stored.

Oh my gosh, who doesn't love cheese this product is so great for events especially for the holidays, but just great for having friends over, already sliced ready to go and delicious

This is a great value at SAMS. The double pack sliced mozzarella was not squished as you will find in a local grocery store. A huge plus is that each pack is the same size as what is found in your local grocery store and you get two for the price of that single pack found in the local grocery store. SAMS double pack price beats the singles found in the local grocery store by about $2. So if you need mozzerella for two different dishes as I did I recommend purchasing from SAMS.

areWe eat lots of fresh mozzarella, especially during summer when tomatoes & fresh basil is plentiful from our garden - caprese salad! We make it an entire meal! Pizzas at home are always better loaded with fresh mozzarella! And this is THE DEAL of DEALS! A single log of this costs more than this double pack in most grocery stores.
