I made a pound cake with the flour. Reviews said that you could not use self rising flour. It was perfect! My son called and asked me to bake another cake. I substituted 2 tablespoons of cornstarch for each cup of flour. I also, sifted and then measured. Don't forget the Kerry Gold butter!
