The touch pad is hard to "wake up." I have to cover the whole of the touch pad with the palm of my hand to get it to light up. Other than that, it is as I expected.

Great safe for my home/office. Big enough to hold many important documents and small to medium items like jewelry, photos, flash drives, diaries, etc.

Safe is a good size and works perfectly for our needs. The tray is great for holding smaller items, and the interior light is extremely handy and a great feature.

It's perfect for what I have to keep safeguarded. I am comfortable leaving my home because of the built-in alarm system and the fact that the safe is very heavy. Nobody can just walk off with it tucked under their arm.

Good size for home use. The fireproof and water proof features are important for documents and valuables, but I have no practical way to test for these.

Seems like we have to enter the code a couple of times before we finally enter the code, hear a loud click, and then turn the knob. Seems to consistently work the third time. Might return, not sure yet.

I have been hoping to find a safe that will work for my needs an this is it. Not too big but big enough for those documents I cannot replace easily--and my 40 years of home movies! Thanks!

This safe is really roomy. All our paperwork fit in with no problem. The digital display makes opening a breeze. It’s also heavy, which is a big plus. No one’s going to run off with it anytime soon! Really pleased.
