Excellent size. Instructions or but do not mention 9 volt battery connector. Assume it is a recovery if safe batteries are low.

Helps to quell anxiety and gives you a little more peace of mind, aside from computer hackers of course.

Not pleased when I got it home and I couldn't use it for firearms, but I love it for my personal papers!

had to purchase first to be able to check if the kit is there, Sams policy does not allow open box to see the product prior purchase. Got me suspicious already from display model that had no any available way to bolt anywhere.Just pick it up and walk away. ..

This safe is terrible. I’ve had it for barely a year. But only recently set everything up. I got really excited to have a new safe. I made sure to check the code multiple times before putting anything into it and it worked every time. Two days later, I go to add some things to the safe. And the keypad didn’t work with fresh batteries or using the back up 9 volt method. Then the green proceed light came on and it’s been almost a week and a half. I can’t access anything in the safe and it’s extremely frustrating. Don’t buy this safe.

Don't buy it. My trouble started when the batteries went dead. The main batteries are inside and I was able to replace them. After that I received a red indicator ERROR light that blinks 5 times. The paperwork from Sentry troubleshooting document is saying 'Keypad communication error". I called customer support and tried all of the trouble shooting items they recommended which didn't work. When I inquired about new Keypad the IT person told me they don't make them. Realty!? Then I asked what my option is now and she told me DRILL IT. So now I have all of my important papers in a device and I cant get to it. Also have to mention that the safe is about 3 years old.

Don't buy it. If the batteries go dead, and they will, and trying the auxiliary battery doesn't work you are stuck with a giant paper weight. The main batteries are inside and since they are powering the electronics they are not going to last very long. There is no warning that they are dying, and guess what happens to most batteries after they die and are not removed...they corrode. I called customer support and tried all of the trouble shooting items they recommended which didn't work. So now we have all of our important papers in a device that is designed to prevent anyone who doesn't know the combination from opening it and even the ones who know the combination can't open it because the electronics don't work.
