My first time splurging on steaks. I figured that if I bought them in a restaurant I’d pay a lot more than $40.00 for two T-bones. The steaks were good and filling. They gave me a much needed break from pork.

Excellent steaks

Bought T-bones in a hurry for a cookout tonight. When I got home I was disappointed to see the filet side of the bone was totally missing. Could have just got the strip steak for less $$$. Next time I won't trust what the package says and look more carefully.
