Very tender meat

The meat was tough, and the flavor was average. It’s best to stick with the prime cuts from Sam’s, as there’s a noticeable difference in quality, tenderness, and taste.

I always buy the choice t bones always tender and tasty. Last 2 times I purchased a 2 Pack both were so tough I couldn’t even chew, I though it was perhaps a fluke so next time I purchase 2 (2 pack of t bones. Again grilled on low, grilled on high, marinated even tried in cast iron and finished in oven. Too tough to chew, I’m done buying steak at Sam’s club..I think they have substituted the lowest quality for choice
