I always buy the beef top sirloin steak but thought I’d try this due to the price increase of the top sirloin. This meat was tough. I chopped it into small pieces for taco meat and marinated it for almost 2 days and it was still tough.

It is very easy to prepare and tender

Take to much time to cook, meat is hard compare with other meat.
