Very disappointed with the quality of this steak. Chewy and tough meat. I did marinate it and broiled it to medium rare.

Yes love the meat I can get 3-4 meals out of one pack of meat just a little on the pricey side would love to see lower prices and faster check out

I always buy the beef top sirloin steak but thought I’d try this due to the price increase of the top sirloin. This meat was tough. I chopped it into small pieces for taco meat and marinated it for almost 2 days and it was still tough.
