[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this fridge. This is the third Samsung side by side we have owned. We've never had a problem with any of them. We like the large capacity and the easy use of the water in the fridge. Plus it is attractive and the stainless steel surface doesn't seem to fingerprint nearly as badly as some other models that we've had.

It's very small, and it seems like all the “workings” that run it are in there which takes up more space. Other than that it's a decent fridge. It does what it's supposed to do, and I haven't had any issues.

I wanted to love this refrigerator and I did Until it started leaking water all over my Laminate floors . It seems the Ice Tray is cracked. Not only can I no longer use the ice maker my floor is ruined with raised edges from water damage from the leak which occurred while I was away for the weekend. To add insult to injury based on my internet search this simple component isnt replaceable , I d have to purchase the entire Ice maker for several hundred dollars and pay someone to install it . I am learning now that this is a Known issue with Samsung and there have been several lawsuits regarding this issue. I am NOT a Happy camper . For years I have trusted their products from Tvs to Phones . It appears I should have done my research before buying .Interestingly I was replacing a 40 year refrigerator that worked perfectly well but I wanted an Ice Maker !!!!!!

My new Samsung refrigerator has exceeded my expectations. The door alarm alone has saved my power and grocery bills too many times to count. Not once has my ice cream not been the perfect consistency, now that's magic because of our revolving doors! Easy to maintain, it tells me when to change out our water filter. I couldn't be more pleased with my refrigerator, yet another exceptional product made by Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the look in the kitchen. the ice maker is kind of small, but it works for me. when my son stayed with me we did use up the ice faster and had to reset it. freezer and refrigeration works great. great size for a small family.
