It was installed today, and the delivery and installation process was smooth and professional. The refrigerator looks great, has plenty of storage space, and cooled down quickly after being set up. Everything is working as expected, and we're looking forward to using it. Based on our first impression, we'd definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. It replaced a a French door Samsung that did great for 16 years. It was cold within 3 to four hours. I used 2 freezer packs in the refrigerator side to help it cool down faster, znd 2 freezer pace in the freezer side. In 4 hours thr refrigerator side was down to 34 degrees, and freezer was down to -3 degrees FARENHEIT. It looks great in the black and matches our stove.

Fridge tells you when it is time to change. Warnings for leaving the door open. You can lock the water/ice dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pretty design. I love how the ice marker and water filter don't take up storage space. Shelves are easy to remove for cleaning. Only drawbacks are that the finish smudge easily and the ice dispenser is a little slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product to replace a 10 year old refrigerator with a non- working ice maker. Initially I was skeptical of the side by side feature since I had gotten used to my old French door fridge. But after it was delivered and installed, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space both the freezer and refrigerator could accommodate. With my old refrigerator, everything was stacked upon each other in the freezer so I would have to dig through stuff to see what or how much food was there. Now, I can separate items by shelves according to the types of food. Plus, it fits more food. On the refrigerator side, I had the same problem, a lack of shelf space. Not anymore. The shelf heights are all the same and cannot be adjusted, but it is adequate enough to store a Brita pitcher or Starbucks Coffee Creamer container. The fruit and vegetables bins also have a decent size of storage capacity. The storage on the door itself is also more than adequate to handle 2 one gallon containers as well as a dozen 12 ounce drinks and all of my condiments, dressing bottles, etc. Since my refrigerator was delivered only 2,days ago, I haven't tried the ice maker yet until I throw away the first 2 batches of ice. I have tried the water dispenser, and the water tastes like the water from my Brita pitcher. Finally, I like how the refrigerator looks in my kitchen. The metallic appearance is clean and sleek. The hidden door handles make the fridge unobtrusive.

It cools down quickly without issue. I like having the sensors to make the doors open so you’re not trying to tug to open the seals. The only thing is the price. You get what you pay for and you are paying a lot more for this brand. If you are looking for something cheap this is not it. Try sales around the holidays as that can help you get. Better price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a modern appearance which made our kitchen look much nicer. there is a simple to use control center so i didn't feel overwhelmed. the fingerprints do show up but its normal. overall the space, the appearance, and the easy access controls make this worth buying.

It has a lot more space than our old fridge, it started making ice right away, and looks great in the space. The fingerprint resistant finish is a win as we have a 6yo and a 3yo. I love how the handles are tucked inside the doors so you don't have anything sticking out into the kitchen. Overall, we are very happy with the product especially my wife, which is the most important part.
