[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was brand new when we bought our home. We took the tape off it and the fridge and freezer didn’t work. We did have the warranty and they came and fixed it in a few days so that was a plus.

Bought this a little over three years ago and it already doesn’t work. Total piece of junk. I won’t buy another samsung appliance, that’s for sure. You should look to a more dependable brand as Sunsung ain’t it.
