[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung products; I've used a Samsung phone for at least 15 years. So, when our house flooded 2 years ago and we lost everything, I decided I would purchase Samsung for all of our appliances. I love my fridge. It stays the temperature I've set it to, unlike other refrigerators we've owned. I've got an in-door ice maker (which I haven't had in years), and the ice stays cold - our last fridge didn't always. We bought the stainless finish, which actually kind of repels fingerprints, which I don't understand, but am super happy to have. A lot of refrigerators get water pooling unending from condemnation, but not this one, thank goodness! I've got my fridge hooked up to our whole house reverse osmosis system so the water and ice come out tasting great, I made sure before buying that we'd be able to do that - there are some that don't - which makes getting fresh water when I want it easy. Because I'm disabled, I wanted a fridge I'd be able to get what I need easily. This one's wide enough with clear glass shelves that I can easily see what I'm looking for. When I'm standing there trying to decide what I want, if I take too long, it'll beep at me. When I walk away without closing the door all the way (accidentally), it beeps to let me know, which is awesome. Who needs melted ice cream? Overall, I love this fridge. It's really accessible, is beautiful, works very well, and makes reaching whatever I need very easy. The shelves have enough space between them that reaching in and getting what I need comfortable (I don't have to strain).

My only complaint is that I can't find any information on the water filter. Perhaps all Samsung refrigerators use the same filter. I guess I will find out when I try to order one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a modern appearance which made our kitchen look much nicer. there is a simple to use control center so i didn't feel overwhelmed. the fingerprints do show up but its normal. overall the space, the appearance, and the easy access controls make this worth buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main problem with the unit is that the display panel, which controls temperature settings and the freezer on/off is difficult to use. Rather than a knob which only has to be turned to change settings, the panel requires holding a button for three seconds before you can make the adjustments. It has taken a month and I finally got there by trial and error, but the new settings will have to stay. The online user manual does not say where the coils which have to be cleaned are located, or if it even has coils! The manual says not to remove the bottom rear panel. It would also be nice if the interior shelves and door shelves could be adjusted to different heights.

I would have liked if the the shelves were more adjustable and you were able to put them wherever you wanted unfortunately there's only certain slots where the notches are for them And it does have the tendency to frost up in the freezer part generally this when there's too much stuff in it but it does it quite frequently... This isn't a fridge that likes to be overstuffed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the layout and the deep door shelving. So much room! Stays nice and cold. Water/ice dispenser is nice to have. Easy to change the filter. Fridge tells you when it is time to change. Warnings for leaving the door open. You can lock the water/ice dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no feedback at this time just received unit and learning to use it & I was disappointed that this unit doesn't have a Wi-Fi capability to use smart things but that's okay. It's confusing with manual whether or not I have half spear of full spear ice cubes. I looked all over and don't see any indication that I do on my model. I wish Manuel made it more clear so I don't waste a lot of time looking .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] IT provides ample space in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Everything placed inside is both always visible and easily accessible. The refrigerator was installed only a couple of days ago and so far it is working great.

It keeps everything nice and cold, the ice machine works well without any issues, and there is plenty of space. It might not have all the highest-end, flashy bells and whistles, but it gets the important jobs done right. Definitely a solid choice.
