It keeps our food and beverages at the right temperature, and the condensation control works very well. I also love the color because it matches perfectly with our kitchen décor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clean look of this refrigerator. It is quite large and spacious and I can easily fit everything in both the fridge and freezer. It is excellent quality and the drawers and shelves are very sturdy. The ice maker works well as does the water dispenser. It seems to cool very evenly on both sides. I love a side by side over the drawer models so I'm very happy Samsung continues to make this excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this so far it's taken 1 hour for the temperature to go from 80 degrees to 58 degrees. The app for smart appliances is horrible. It isn't acknowledging my new refrigerator. It's quiet, very roomy but that's being empty I shall see when I put my food inside. I like having no door handles they seem to become loose from pulling and getting hit. Very clean appearance.

Ice maker took 24 hours to fill with ice either crushed or cubed. Very light weight and easy to wheel in and out of space. Door chimes if left open too long or by mistake. Love the drawers and extra space in freezer since ice maker is in the door. Great refrigerator for the price and whisper quiet! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the refrigerator has all the features needed except one. It is impossible to get water or ice from the door without using two hands. The bar needed to push for water or ice is at the top of the opening. The glass or cup must be held in place to receive the ice. The spout for the water is so small you have to work to get the water in a bottle. Again a two hand operation. Not impressed with the extra bin for the ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker has always made ice very slowly- now, after only 9 months of owning, the ice maker is no longer working, and I currently am waiting on a service call. I don't think I'd purchase this refrigerator again.
