[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung RS27T5200SR/AA refrigerator that we purchased is absolutely fantastic for what we needed, with tons of space in both the frig and freezer sections, a nice ice maker/dispenser system, easy access to change the water filter, and a super sleek space-saving design. I have never owned a frig with recessed handles but am now a converted fan. The recessed feature allows for even more space to store all of our yummy food and beverages. This has been especially handy now that we are eating in a lot more and doing fewer grocery trips with pandemic and all. While the ice maker bucket has a small-ish capacity, the in-door placement allows for better overall storage of ice cream, frozen pizzas (which fit horizontally by the way...woot woot!), and everything else in the freezer. The external dispenser is a must have on any frig used for ice or drinking water, and this has one (see image). I wish there were more options for placement of shelves and bins in this unit, but that is a minor gripe and about the only thing I don't absolutely love about this frig. We have not always owned Samsung appliances, but our house is full of them now...because they rock! I highly recommend this frig. Five stars - and all-you-can-eat ice cream!

This refrigerator is on and off almost every day by this is not a good refrigerator

the water isn't centered so it misses workout water bottles cause you can't center the spout. it also throws small pieces of ice when not in crushed ice mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome refrigerator! Ice maker works well and has such a large capacity! The only downside is that I wish the water/ice dispenser had a light.

Terrible - I mean literally the worst ice maker ever designed. You get one or 50 cubes. The water dispenser has no light so at night you overflow your cup. The rest is fine but in no way offsets the above.

Ice maker stopped working after 9 months use. The online service request is so hard to use. Tried to schedule a future appointment but the system says there is no pro available at this moment!!!

works well, is quiet, and larger than i realized. it also looks really cool not having the big handles. the fingerprintless stainless steel is a bonus too. love this fridge!
