Hello Fridge, We recognize how much our customers rely on durable design and a finish that holds up well over time. The exterior finish is designed to offer a sleek, modern look, but like most appliance surfaces, it can be more susceptible to marks or impressions depending on contact, pressure, or placement in high‑traffic areas. Taking care to avoid impact from hard or sharp objects and being mindful during cleaning or movement can help preserve the appearance over time. If you ever need to reach out to Samsung, please include this reference number: 1152495338. Your trust in Samsung means a great deal to us. Nicole Samsung Care
