Received the queen adjustable bed that is supposed to have adjustable legs, to customize the height of the mattress. The 6 legs are already screwed together so tightly we were unable to separate any of them to make the legs shorter, and only 3 of the legs would screw into the holes. Those 3 could be screwed into any of the 6 holes, the other 3 would not screw into any of the 6 holes. Very frustrating to not have this feature. Had to use 4 generic bed legs in order to set up the bed, and they are too short, making it difficult to rise up out of the bed. The other controls all work fine, but would really like a taller bed!!

I had bought my first adjustable base from Sam's about 6 years ago. It was the same class and price range as my recent adjustable base purchase. They shot up on pricing. After having to purchase membership upgrade I was able to purchase for $100.00 more than the last one. But I have to admit it is an above average upgrade from my first one. This has all the same features, same remote. Difference is no moving brackets underneath. So store away all the stay you do not have a place for. Unless your bed frame dictates the need for space. Operates just fine. Pretty quiet, smooth action. I see it just rolls inside arm brackets to go up and down. Weight load is 700 lbs, my original base has a weight load of 800 lbs. Very important for long life use. Box delivered in shambles, but everything worked just fine and no damage to base. Actually rec'd early delivery. Paid for standard delivery. Check out gets you on charges. Upgraded membership (no accident on Sam's part) obtaining a better out of pocket cost for base. The only reason the numbers worked out. All and all very happy with my 2nd adjustable base for my guest room. My original adjustable base moved from Florida to Texas works just fine. No problems. One last thing. I love being able to raise the head and/or foot making it easier to put on bottom fitted sheets when making up my beds.

it lowered our mattress about six inches. Wonder if you can order six more riser blocks. It takes some trial and error to get the right adjustment for both husband and wife. There is a night lite under the bed, my side blinks while my wife's side is constant: don't know if the light is defective or is if it supposed to be this way. However, I can't imagine that it should blink.

I really wanted this to be a solution, however when you put it back to flat the foot area takes a long time to go back to flat...kind of weird. Also there is a light on under the bed all the time, haven't figured out yet if I can turn it off without unplugging the unit. The light on all the time lights up the room and makes it difficult to fall asleep.

This is the 3rd purchase of adjustable bases for my household - and this one is hands down the best. Just had to connect legs - which come in multiple sections so that you can easily decide on best height for your nightstand, etc. What impressed me the most is that the price doesn't reflect on the quality and function. Remote has multiple functions - all worked right out of the box. More functions than my way more expensive ones. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this purchase.

I am very pleased with this unit. The backlots remote works very well. I especially like the head tilt function. It is probably why I bought the unit. It was fairly easy for a guy of 74 years of age to set up although it does take two people to set it inside of an existing bedframe not to mention getting it to the second floor up the stairs, the split king version that I have connect with just one plug-in to function as one unit. I cannot hear any other sound at all except for the bedding rustling as it Is functioning. At the time that I purchased this, it was $300 less than when I started looking at it. If you’re even remotely thinking about it pull the trigger now you won’t be sorry.

I bought this adjustable base bed frame (Queen size) about a month ago for use with a 12” thick memory foam mattress. I am so happy with my purchase! Shipping: super fast. They estimated 2 weeks for shipping, but it was delivered 2 DAYS after I placed the order! Assembly: this frame is pretty heavy but my husband was able to get it up the stairs. I think unpacking it is a 2 person job as it’s heavy and awkward to slide it off the cardboard by yourself. It took longer to tear the cardboard off than to set it up once it was out of the box. Function: the head and foot adjustments are great. We don’t use the pillow tilt option, but it’s there for those who need it. The remote lets you save 2 custom adjustments, so when you find your perfect head/foot levels you can save them. Massage: has 3 levels of vibration- I think it’s supoosed to be high/medium/low intensity, but it feels more like fast/medium/slow vibrate. The massage function lasts 10 mins before automatically shutting off (I think 20-30mina would be better, we usually restart the massage once or twice before falling asleep). We use it on the slow/low function because it feels a little stronger. I think our thick memory foam dulls the vibration. We are looking into a pocketed coil mattress, which I hope will allow the vibrations to transfer a little better. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for the review is because I think the massage needs to be longer and stronger. Noise: when you send a command with the remote, the bed makes a click sound signalling that the command is received. I don’t find the adjustments to be too noisy, but there is a whirring noise as it adjusts. The massage is loudish, but it’s a good white noise. The frame is very sturdy and doesn’t creak/thump/etc when getting on or off the bed. All in all I am thrilled with the value for the price. We looked at many mattress stores and a comparable base with all the same features averaged around $1,200-1,800. For just around $500 this is a steal and I highly recommend it!

I live this base. I already had a mattress that would work with it. It arrives in one box and is heavy so be aware of your circumstances and be ready to deal with it. My much younger neighbors had agreed to get it upstairs, thankfully, so be aware it is heavy. Once unboxed it is a simple open up, cut cables holding leg assembly and power cord boxes to frame and connect. Fairly easy to flip over. Remote connected right up and sleep has been wonderful. I am hating the idea of hotels and no adjustable bed or visiting and no bed. Positions are easily adjustable and I love it!!! The massage and usb ports were not a feature I was looking for and, as expected, the massage feature is just a vibration and if you are a fan of massages not worth much. Reminds me of the beds, long ago, in hotels where you could drop in a quarter and called magic fingers

The most important part (the bed itself) is great. Does everything it is supposed to. However, if you expect to use the companion app don't get your hopes up. Even if you can figure out the Bluetooth Mac addresses for each side of the he'd you would have to select it each time you open the app. Once you try to select the Mac addresses (for those who don't know this is a unique alphanumeric address for Bluetooth devices) it will not connect. There is no pairing no wizard no nothing. The app flat out does not work. In addition it looks like a middle school project. Very disappointing in that regard. But, the bed works so that's good. Just had hopes of integrating bed control into my local home automation setup. Suppose if I want to do that I'll be figuring out how to programatically interact with the bed all on my own.

Overall I like this base and would buy again. I did have to put the legs up on bed raisers to get it to fit in my current bed frame, and it does move (sway) a little bit, but that's not the bases fault. It's a great price, and has pretty much everything the really expensive ones have. I like that it sits up, then you can tilt the head further to watch TV or read w/out hurting or straining the neck. My one complaint is that the massage is not consistent (not sure why), and I wish it would last longer than 30 minutes. First-world-problem for sure. No major complaints with the frame and I would buy again. If you "need" lights around the base, buy a rope light and put under. It's great base.
