Doctor recommended over Gatorade. Has the electrolytes and sugar needed while exercising. Always drink water in another bottle to keep fully hydrated. Been using for years. Disappointed that my other nearby Sam's Club does not carry product. Hope my current Sam's Club keeps carrying this product. 20oz size is perfect for a workout along with separate water bottle. Best price and convenient number of bottles to stock without buying single sizes. Tastes better than Gaterade product.

Bad batch or something but every single one taste like garbage. Still drank them tho cause I hate wasting stuff and I’m not gonna return 20 loose powerades.
