There is too much sugar in it and there is no electrolytes that the body needs inside the drinks.

Returned them too much sugar. Like the zero sugar better

My kids plays soccer and they freeze it and take it to their games.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Powerade for those times when I get dehydrated or just when I need a drink. It has just the right balance of electrolytes with no too much sodium for those who need to watch their sodium intake.

I received this product complimentary for testing and review purposes. I was so excited for this campaign. My family loves Powerade and it was awesome to be able to try out the family pack. The kids loved all of the flavors but the red was their favorite. I like that it is refreshing and a great drink for after a workout. My son loves packing these in his lunch as well and they are perfect as they travel well. I would highly recommend these to others!!! The variety pack is great so everyone has options.
