Genuine Apple product. Works seamlessly with my iPhone. Comfortable fit, long charge, great performance. Only gripe is it uses USB-C cable but does not come with one that works with a regular power block. The supplied USB-C cable is double sided and does not work with older equipment.

The AirPods are great, they play iPhone calls over Bluetooth without me needing to touch my phone, I have used both an affirmative response and a gesture to start a received phone call. They play music and I can set my phone down on the kitchen table and set in the living room and hear the conversation as if I was setting at the kitchen table. (About 12’). The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was if a lean my head to far in one direction the IPod is most likely to fall out of my ear. I have ordered Over the Ear Hook that attach to the IPods but have not received them yet. The battery life is as state - about 6 hours. Good but not great hearing aids - Battery Time is the majority of the equation but I do have severe hearing loss in the one Ear.

Love the new version of the Airpods Pro Gen 2. Sound quality even better than the originals. Noise cancellation is top notch, and improved over previous version. I love the new feature of controlling the volume by swiping up on the ear piece. That was a much needed addition. The 'Find my' feature is vastly improved as well. I have had for a couple of weeks now, and consider this a great purchase so far.

They are very nice. The noise cancellation and adaptive hearing are excellent. My issue is that they were a little big for my ears, making them uncomfortable, but I have gotten used to them since then. Also, they sometimes disconnect from non-Apple devices and will go static or just cut out for a bit, which is an inconvenience.

I bought these ear pods for the hearing aid functionality. I have prescription hearing aids but these are much clearer. I have 2 issues. 1. They pop out when I turn my head sharply in either direction. 2. My outer ear canals are very sore after wearing them for a few hours. I have had them for over a month and have tried to wear them consistently, I have changed the pads to different sizes, you name it, I have tried it. My ears are still sore after a few hours and these pop out if I’m not very careful.

Very nice change from the big bulky over ear headphones I’d been using for work. I put them in the case at lunch and have plenty of charge for the whole day! Better audio quality too, whenever I’m watching a show or movie with them it’s super quality sound. The only issue I have is the noise cancellation actually slowly stops working as well with longer exposure until you readjust them then it will go back to working optimally. I mow for work so I’ll be mowing for a long time, just readjust them quick and it will start working better again. Real small and easy to use even with thin gardening gloves on. Haven’t had much of an issue with them falling out yet but I don’t consciously think about readjusting them either. I can walk away from my phone a good distance before loosing connection. Really nice for talking too, I wish the “pause” for conversation was a little longer but maybe that’s an adjustment I can make and just haven’t yet. Easy to charge with a usb-c or wireless charger. Good product and my wife wants a pair now too haha. Very happy with my purchase.

I love them but there is a but, I have a small ear opening and they still hurt. I have take them out every so often because it hurts but other than that they came well packed and worth the money. They work well. I just prefer my regular AirPods only because of the pain I experience. But I still recommend them.

I purchased these mainly for the hearing aid function, hoping that they would help with my husband’s hearing loss. I am very pleased with the outcome and they help him a great deal. I got them at Christmas so he is still getting used to them and all the available features. So far, he has only positive things to say about them!

If you own an Apple device whether it be an iOS, macOS or Apple TV you really should get these. I’m not sure how it works with other ecosystems but they work seamlessly with all Apple products. I have worn out three pairs of these since the first gen as I use them literally all day, in and out of the case dozens of times for phone calls at work.

I've only had them for three day, but So far so good. The sound is good and I like the all the features of noise cancellation, Siri command by voice. Noise cancellation. All of it and in particular, I was really glad they had the different size ear tips! I wasn't going to purchase ANY airpods without that feature, because the standard ones are just too big and uncomfortable.
