Great Air pods best version that’s out in my opinion. They last for at least four hours or more at a time. Depending if your case is fully charged. I like the features you can use to answer the phone calls. And don’t rely on the instruction manual too much. It’s kind of redundant. Just use your common sense. And buy these pods; pricey but worth it. Plus the noise cancellation is good if u don’t like it change your settings

I wasn’t sure I wanted to buy these as I’ve had trouble keeping different earbuds in my ears, but I bought these and I had to try a different sizes of the ear sleeves, but the medium ones fit perfect and they haven’t fallen out of my ears at all after I got the right ones on they are terrific and the sound is fabulous and I just tell Siri what I wanted to do and it’ great

AirPods firmware won't update. Sent them to apple and they say modifications have been made but won't say what. Because of that they won't repair them even though they are under warranty. They charge, pair and sound just fine but the firmware will not update.

I can use them as my hearing aids! They were able to configure exactly based on my hearing loss in both ears. The advisor at Apple was so nice and attentive. I didn’t realize how much hearing I lost over time. It was significant, so when I could hear again I started crying because it’s been so long. And getting them within 24 hrs. Was so important. 🙏🙏

I do not have the invoice for airpods pro2. Hovever, I don't have the code, which was not in/on box/bag , which I need to accss the hearing test, therefore can not use the PRO2 or the free offers from Apple from apple. That is the reason for the low rating. Please send me that info ASAP, becauseI really want to try them and keep them. Then I can up the review rating. Please help me.

This is my second pair of Apple airpod pros. They are awesome and I would definitely recommend these whether you're an Apple product user or Android. The noise cancellation is superb to any other earbuds that I have used. The price might be slightly expensive but you get what you pay for.

I have a hard time being in an environment that is noisy These are a life changer for me!! They are comfortable and I wear them everywhere-church, out to dinner, family functions. I used to wear noise canceling headphones that I wear hunting. Bulky, hot, uncomfortable. But they worked for the past 10 years … Also they don’t fall out Which is a HUGE bonus

Very disappointed. I bought these earbuds specifically for the hearing aid feature. Followed all the prompts and the hearing aid feature to test my hearing never popped up. Shut phone off turned it back on stilll nothing. Double check to make sure I had the latest updates and I did. I googled the issue. Apparently other people having the same problem. Sometimes it pops up sometimes it doesn’t. Returned them to the store. I guess I’ll wait until they get the glitches worked out.

Not the best price, as I ended up finding it slightly cheaper elsewhere, but not completely disatisffied. It wasn't anything worth overly complaining about but I would've expected walmart to be best at price. Overall happy with my order, but not overly amazed.
