I bought these to use as hearing aids and they are FANTASTIC. I am so impressed by how easy they are to use and even more so with how well they work. I didn’t realize how much I was missing out on until I put these in. If you’re looking for an affordable hearing aid that works like a traditional one this is it. They are adjustable to your needs and the ability to charge them in no time is priceless. So many good things about these. Well done Apple!

The sound quality in your ears is great but the mics on these are horrible for calls. The noise cancellation blocks your voice out instead of the background noise and no one can hear me clearly. Even in quiet environments. The microphones do not pick up good at all. Tried factory resetting them and tried making my iPhone forget them and reconnecting them. For the cost, these are not worth it, if you are planning to be using them to make phone calls. I also own a pair of AirPods 4 and have no issues with people being able to hear me talk clearly.

Purchased these as a dual purpose, of course to listen to music, but also I am hard of hearing in my left ear. I tested out the hearing aid portion and was surprised how easy it was to do the test and connect. Only tried it for one day will do more testing

I’ve had the OG pods, 1st generation AirPod Pro’s that my dog ate 50% of. I’m selling a half set of AirPod Pros at the moment. But if you have an iPhone there’s no other choice for ear buds. The sound is amazing. So amazing I stopped using my spendy Bose headphones. They’re so comfortable you forget they’re in. I paid for the Apple Care because the price of the pods was so good.

Received a week before original arrival date. Had a discounted price. Included everything needed and as proposed. Got them for the hearing aid ability which works but still trying to figure out how to fine tune for my needs. Really like the fact that I can also listen to my music and videos and downloads generated from my iPhone. A multi-purpose usage item. Wish had more battery life because I would wear all day if they did.

Genuine Apple product. Works seamlessly with my iPhone. Comfortable fit, long charge, great performance. Only gripe is it uses USB-C cable but does not come with one that works with a regular power block. The supplied USB-C cable is double sided and does not work with older equipment.

I bought AirPods a month ago and I was curious why I couldn’t charge with my Apple Watch charger( new feature that these AirPods should have). I took to the Apple Store today and come to find out they are fake. Although Apple did tell me that they are an exact copy I had a feeling since the start why it wouldn’t detect my ears when I put them in and why the sound quality was terrible.

Sound quality is good, however, the hearing aid technology it's not as functional or good as their marketing team would lead you to believe. I personally don't believe they're worth the cost. I've had $25 ear earbuds that sound just as good with similar functions…

Used to own $3000 hearing aids until I took a walk at the downtown farmers market, and I now have just one. I took a hearing test, and started using these as my hearing aids. Love them. The sound is as good as my costly hearing aids, music is beautiful sound. The only bad thing is they last only 6 hours of continuous use. But… they give a little chime that lets me know they are running out of power, and I switch to the second pair in my purse. Just in case I bought one more when they were $50 off

Great fit and amazing sound. As an aging musician my hearing is not what it once was. The hearing aid feature has helped me out tremendously without breaking the bank. The best part is, that most people just think I’m listening to music, but I’m using them to hear better. Worth it as a set of AirPods, but the added hearing aid feature makes it amazing.
