It is pretty good but wish it were a little more moist! Also I use Rachel Ray loaf pans which are a little dark and even though I bake at 325 the bottom and sides are too dark for me!

I tried this on a whim, and it has become a staple. I add pecans (don't have walnuts), and a pinch or less, of cinnamon, ginger powder, and/or nutmeg. My own is better, but so much more work. I will definitely buy again.

Easier than making from scratch. I add extra brown sugar, cinnamon and always ripe bananas. My grandson says I need to sell it. :) I make 2 loaves every Sunday.

Easy instructions and excellent taste... I do add pecan pralines, cinnamon and vanilla to the mix. Also, I bake it on a shallow baking thingy so its more like a cookie than cake

this makes a very tasty banana bread very quickly. 3 bananas, 1 egg and 1/3 cup water is all you need but you can add other ingredients if you like. had to stop buying it because i'd eat it every morning for breakfast!

Easy to make recipe uses up 2 bananas, one egg and water. I substituted milk for water in the recipe. It’s so easy that I made it with my three year old toddler helpers. Fast, easy, delicious.

Kroger stopped carrying this. Was happy to find out I could order it from My Sams club Friends!!! And can get a box with 3 packages for almos the price of 1 bag before.

I was looking for a shortcut to a full blown banana bread or blueberry bread recipe. Sometimes you hear of someone sick or down and you want to do something for them but are short on time. The blueberries at Sam’s are GORGEOUS! I wondered how versatile this mix would be. I subbed 1 C blueberries for bananas. YUMMMMMM! I pronounce it good! It’s not as perfect as my favorite homemade recipe but it sure is perfect as an easy shortcut!

PLEASE BRING BACK! love this banana bread mix! usually bake all three at one time, freezing two of them to thaw in frig later. Have purchased several times! attempted to order again and indicates that it is no longer available! please tell me that this is not true! this product has 84% 5 star and you discontinue? doesn't make sense to me!
