I like this bacon as it reminds me of what we used to get from the meat market when I was a kid. I like the flavor and mixture of fat with meat. I gave it four stars only because it is not what they call thick sliced bacon these days. It is not thin but not thick either. To me it is perfect, but if you want a truly thick slices of bacon, this is probably not the one you want.

I have purchased this Bacon in the past and remember thinking I really like it. I really like and prefer the thick cut Bacon. However, this time the thickness was not consistent at all. I had a lot of really thin pieces. There was also very little fat on the majority of this batch I got. I did curbside pickup so I didn’t view the package prior to putting it in my cart. I’m not even sure if I would of picked up on these things.

We love the thick slice bacon for the meatiness! Flavor is outstanding and crisps up nicely!
