Been getting the Smithfield bacon 3packs, but they are now sliced so thin that we had to find an alternative. The “Black Label Thick Cut” was that alternative. It's not your traditional thick cut thickness, but more like a medium cut, which is way thicker than the Smithfield. It's also has better distribution of meat to fat than other bacons.

Great bacon! I read an independent article rating bacon, and this particular Black Label was in the line-up of one of the best. I make a recipe with bacon-wrapped water chestnut and prune as an appetizer, and this bacon works perfectly for that. I also made another recipe with bacon/egg cups - made in cupcake tins. The bacon is perfect for that recipe as well. Very flavorful and has a nice ratio of bacon fat to meat. It is more meaty, but I love the bacon fat!

I bought this yesterday and I tried to cook it in the microwave just like it said on the box and the first slide of bacon was a terrible disaster. Now I am trying my George former grill and it's not that bad. You could never get the picture on the box. This is not my first encounter with this situation with you bacon.

This is not only a great value, but it is legitimately our favorite bacon. I used to get whatever thick-cut I could find from Kroger or Aldi, but this offers much more for the price. Then o tried some in my ButcherBox thinking it would be superior, but we couldn’t wait to finish that pack so that we could go back to our Members Mark thick cut!

This product has been consistently excellent quality. We have always made a great impression for our diners! The price is reasonable and per serving it’s easier that managing thin cut bacon. Usually we pan it on parchment and cook with a convection oven. Strips are consistent providing consistent cook times!

We always buy this bacon at Sam’s Club. It comes in a big package, perfect for the whole family, and lasts a week or longer. Honestly, the quality depends on the cuts, so try to pick one with less fat and more meat. I like the taste, and the stripe thickness is just right.

This bacon is reliably delicious and high quality. It is a must in our home. We bake it and it comes out better than any bacon on the market. I am a teacher and I eat breakfast and lunch in my class and this is perfect for bacon and egg or BLT sandwiches.

worst bacon I have ever purchased it was not only salty but 90% fat cooking the entire package I filled a 24 oz jar with grease. Even sliced bad slices came out in 2 pieces. Unforturnately I can't serve this with my husbands breakfast, only fit for baked beans which I never make.

I opened a package of this bacon tonight to use in a BLT salad. The first slice was almost as thick as a thin-cut pork chop, and the rest of the slices were so thin they fell apart as I pulled them out of the package. I baked the bacon and it cooked unevenly - some pieces were done way before others, due to the inconsistent thickness of the bacon. So disappointing.
