I've known the benefits of ACV ,with the mother, for years and have been using ACV on a regular basis to stay well for the last 40+ years. ACV and raw local honey is the first thing I grab when colds or flu threaten. So much better to prevent than to try to cure. I'm 79 and still going strong, so seems to be working.

For years my chiropractor has been advising me to use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar everyday in my water. I tried it but the taste and I just did not get along. I was using too and just gave up. Recently I tried again and adjusted the use. And now I use it everyday, several times a day. I keep a bottle at work and I keep a bottle at home. I've only been using it a week and I feel my energy increasing and I feel really good. I was wondering how come I'm having so much energy how come I feel so good? And then this morning I had an epiphany. It must be the vinegar because I've not changed anything else. I wish I would have used it sooner.

Had a gall bladder attack in my early 40's following a night of dinner and cocktails with my girlfriend at around 2:30 am and went to ER hospital for diagnosis. After 8 hours and multiple tests, the Doctor informed me of the gall stones in my Gallbladder causing the issue and said I would eventually need surgery to remove my Gallbladder.....that was over :keycap_ten: years ago and I haven't had another attack since and I don't plan on any problems ever again!!!!!!

I have used your Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother for years, as health care, cooking and deodorant. I ordered six 16 oz. notes and the post office had to deliver it in one of their curb side boxes as it was drenched and falling apart. The box was large enough to perhaps hod 24 bottles. There was one small pillow wrapping about a foot wide and 5 or so feet long. In other words, how could things not break. I had a large bottle of something break before. I won't be ordering breakable things from you again. Products are great! Fortunately, I switched to your Apple Cider Capsules for health and they are great. They are not breakable. The lady I spoke with was great! And my money was credited back to my charge card. Sad though!

It is literally the best thing ever!! I use it for all sorts of natural remedies... reflux, stomach ache, dandruff, etc. I could go on and on! Anyway my family and friends call me the ACV queen. I’ve been telling people about Braggs ACV for years. I used to work out at a gym where they called me the ACV spokesperson lady. Lol As a matter of fact I told people before I left my job yesterday. I told tourists on the bus ride last night. And even pull up Braggs on line so that they make sure to get the right one. In hopes of helping someone else...I started using Braggs ACV 14 days ago. I stopped using my acid reflux medicine at the same time. To date I have NO MORE ACID REFLUX. Wow, I've been on acid reducers for 15 years. I must admit, I also reduced my carbs and sugars at the same time. Miracle!! I was at 2 TBS, 3 times a day and now once or twice does the trick. I did not use apple cider vinegar in a conventional way. I actually used it to get rid of my plantar warts I had had for going on 10 years. I was in so much pain and I thought I had tried everything from store bought acid, to going to see a dermatologist and using cancer removal acid on my feet. Nothing worked until... I used this apple cider vinegar. I used it 3 to 4 times a week after my shower directly on my warts not diluted. My feet are clear and beautiful again.
