For years my chiropractor has been advising me to use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar everyday in my water. I tried it but the taste and I just did not get along. I was using too and just gave up. Recently I tried again and adjusted the use. And now I use it everyday, several times a day. I keep a bottle at work and I keep a bottle at home. I've only been using it a week and I feel my energy increasing and I feel really good. I was wondering how come I'm having so much energy how come I feel so good? And then this morning I had an epiphany. It must be the vinegar because I've not changed anything else. I wish I would have used it sooner.

I purchase Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar for Angels With Misplace Wings. A non profit organization. They use this chosen vinegar in their wholesome, homemade food for their differently abled dogs. Obviously it is excellent vinegar. They would not feed their beloved furry companions anything less.

This is the sine qua non of my existence. I put a trace in my drinking water, and basically, I use it on everything I eat. I make a kind of gravy with this, the aminos, yeast, and a mixture of olive oil, coconut oil, and ghee, with a shake of turmeric and ground pepper. This goes on steamed vegetables, rice and beans, and salads.

In hopes of helping someone else...I started using Braggs ACV 14 days ago. I stopped using my acid reflux medicine at the same time. To date I have NO MORE ACID REFLUX. Wow, I've been on acid reducers for 15 years. I must admit, I also reduced my carbs and sugars at the same time. Miracle!! I was at 2 TBS, 3 times a day and now once or twice does the trick. Grateful!!!

I've been buying this for many years so trust me I know how it's supposed to taste. Almost everyone is taking advantage of the pandemic. Prices are going up and quality and quantity is going down. This stuff taste just like water now. Its obvious this Apple cider vinegar is now watered down. Really what happened to people caring about people and doing what's right and what's fair all people care about today is money and that's sad. there was a disgusting huge ball of slime inside of the bottle. it looked like a placenta and was gooey. It was horrible. it was at the bottom last quart when I was pouring it out into a quart bottle. 🧟‍♂️🤢🤢. Last time I buy Bragg's. It is not the same anymore. So sad...

This is a great product. Who cares if it has a Christian fish in it or not? Religion is separate from spirituality. One was created to control people and one is true by nature. Learn the difference. The power is in you to be a good human. It shouldn’t matter if the fish is there or not. It’s a good product and it has stood up to the test of time. That’s how you know it’s good. Not because there is a fish in it. Sheesh.

A long time ago, I read an article in "Readers Digest" on the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, with the "Mother." I was interested in a natural way to loose weight because I traveled for my job and ate "out" all the time. So, I drove to a grocery store and found a bottle of Braggs and bought it along with a set of measuring spoons. I tried mixing a teaspoon in practically everything I would drink, like soda, water, etc., and I just had a hard time getting it past my taste buds. Note: I have a natural tendency for sweets versus sour. After almost giving up, I put one teaspoon in a regular size bottle of lemon lime Gatorade. Immediately, the taste was 'weird' but it was also good. That was about 15 years ago. Now, I buy the powdered version of lemon-lime Gatorade and mix only one partial scoop into a large refillable bottle and after shaking up my Bragg bottle, I put two heaping cap fulls into it, then, I fill it up with ice cold water. I shake it up and drink it with my meals and sometimes just before I go to bed. I know a lot of people say the sugar in the Gatorade mix is "bad" but it helps me with the taste. The lemon lime flavor works best for me probably because of the sour aspects. Nevertheless, if you are having a hard time getting Apple Cider Vinegar, with the Mother, to pass over your taste buds, try mixing a little with a lemon lime sports drink. As you get used to it, you can add more to suit your taste. BTW: Using my personal mix, I was able to practically see the fat melt off my "fat" stomach. One more thing: I use Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother when I cook beef/vegetable (homemade) stew (with rice) on my stove top. I let the beef/vegetable simmer for about an hour or so and my son says it is the BEST thing that I have ever made. Unfortunately, I don't measure the amount of Braggs' I put in, but it is about a 1/4 of a cup (at least). I would suggest trying it in many things, let your imagination rule, because you may discover something delicious to eat and drink!

The box 📦 was wet when it came off the truck & so I lost some dues to that but more importantly I found out after the fact that I understand Braggs got sold out to a relative of Bill Gates & they’re now using Apeal to spray the apples. Not ok. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
