First thing every morning before I have coffee or anything else I put a tablespoon of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar in a cup of warm water with a teaspoon of local raw honey & I use a straw to drink it down (for dental purposes). I take it again an hour before bedtime & my hot flashes stopped & it helped my acid reflex. Tip is you have to be consistent doing it every day. I am thankful because it’s all natural. I have used your Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother for years, as health care, cooking and deodorant. I ordered six 16 oz. notes and the post office had to deliver it in one of their curb side boxes as it was drenched and falling apart. The box was large enough to perhaps hod 24 bottles. There was one small pillow wrapping about a foot wide and 5 or so feet long. In other words, how could things not break. I had a large bottle of something break before. I won't be ordering breakable things from you again. Products are great! Fortunately, I switched to your Apple Cider Capsules for health and they are great. They are not breakable. The lady I spoke with was great! And my money was credited back to my charge card. Sad though!

I still can't find the correct ratio to olive oil for salad dressing. I added the same amount that I added with other apple cider vinegar and my salad was awful. The vinegar was SO strong, and I have been adding less and less and still can't get it right. I've wasted so much olive oil trying to figure this out.
