I bought this for dinner. I was excited to see it had hatch green chiles in it. We love Young Guns Hatch Green Chiles on just about everything we eat. This was definitely not their Hatch chiles and not really even sure they were from the Hatch Valley of New Mexico as they had no taste. The lack of taste could be due to it being drowned in cheese and cream which was so thick you could barely swallow it. The chicken on the inside was tough and tasteless. It was a total waste of $10.99. I threw the rest of it away because my husband did not want the leftovers.

We have purchased the Hatch Chile and Chicken Enchiladas probably 1 per month for over a year and have loved them every time. Now, suddenly, Sam's decided to change the recipe today using Pepper Jack Cheese instead of Grated Cheddar. Just because we LOVE Hatch, does not mean we want Cayenne or Red Pepper on your Enchiladas! If we wanted it to be hotter, we would add the heat to our taste, not someone else's. Also, we would use Chipotle or grated Hatch Cheddar which does not overpower the Hatch flavor! PLEASE return to your regular recipe!

SO delicious!! I am sure it depends on who chefs them so of course some dishes are delicious and others not so much. In the Kansas City area, they are amazing!!! Unlike anything I have ever tasted. Cooler ranch Doritos pair perfectly with these if you are looking for a bit of a crunch and less softness. I am a super picky eater that rarely lets foods touch on a plate and love these. That's saying something!

Why did you switch from foil to plastic? Now you have to remove the enchiladas to your own pan, impossible to get all the a sauce out, and the instructions are still on the bottom and the edges of instructions are always cut off (add a no print margin to avoid cutting off the cooking instructions). These tastes good but you are making what should be a convenient easy dinner a hassle.

I was hesitant to purchase this because I've never had enchiladas made with flour tortillas. After following the baking directions online since they weren't printed on the label, I we were pleasantly surprised. Very flavorful especially with a little sour cream and pico de gallo we placed on top. Its enough for 4 people. not spicy at all, just tasty

SO GOOD !!!

This was an absolute mess. The tortillas were fragile and falling apart. What little chicken it had was rubbery and highly processed. I guess I was expecting it to be made with left over rotisserie chickens but that was not the case at all. Not recommended at all.
